Lovely Honesty approach for a Nice Staff Free Breakfast

My card got de-activated and I needed to make another one.

Worst experience with self check-in. for exactly 1.5 hours, we solved the malfunctioning system of registration and activation of the card for the open door via the communicator with dispatch. We were outside the whole time. We were tired of traveling from Italy. It started to rain outside and it was cold. In the end, the cleaning lady saved us. They could do that now and call her. She had to come out of the house and let us into our rooms. It wasn't just a problem with our registration, it didn't work for other clients either, they just arrived when help was already on the spot. I think there should be some compensation from B smart. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and new. That breakfast is included in the price, so it's just coffee and juice and cereal.

the room had all is really liked - two single beds..it would have been nice to have the possibility to join them to have a larger bed.

Great concept! No issues whatsoever checking in. Great clean room, comfortable beds and good shower. Breakfast options not wide, but all that one needs is covered. WiFi works good as well and location is ideal. Just cross the bridge and you will be in Liechtenstein

Windowed shower? I mean, fine if your by yourself like I was, interesting to say the least if your traveling with friends f.e.

The mattress is really unfcomfortable, you should change it.

heating did not work in the room, it was cold

I did not take the breakfast becauswe of the set up and the area smells of cigarette.

Cigarette smoke and the area as well as the room was not clean.

Nice and cosy room… 24 hour coffee and tea in the breakfast room…
