The location is okay because near to Lotus and food area

The room was spacious for a deluxe room overseeing the mall. The location is nearby Lotus Mall and convenient for shopping. The mosques are also nearby. The food stalls outside the hotel is a convenient way to have dinner.
Unfortunately we were not able to get hot water for the bathroom. We contacted the hotel service the following to complain and then quickly solve the problem. This does not always happen. When the hot water is available it was still not hot. The tv channel is very bad. There is no Astro nor Vision 4. Instead I used my hand phone to watch a movie via Netflix. The hotel should provide better service on the TV.

The best part of the hotel is the beautiful view of Gububg Keriang and the ladies fields. That is the plus point. The availability of all kind of foods from morning till night.
They need to repair or replaced the fridge & the rundown toilet at the lobby.. doesn’t fit the image of a beautiful hotel. And also replaced the towel .
Need brighter light .. too dim for comfort esp senior citizens

So much empty spaces that could have been utilized, eg Lobby area, probably carryout some activities to make the hotel more attractive and visible.
