Room was clean and very much comfortable. Staff was very much help, friendly and courteous

Power cut in the morning due to some maintenance work. Understandable however was slight inconvenience

Everything was good. From the room comfort till the food.

Since the breakfast was not served at the executive lounge, why not reserved some seating place for the premier suite guest. Maybe can have a designated special parking lots for the premier suite room guest.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The Spa service was awesome.

The hotel can be crowded. As it seems the biggest hotel in butterworth. You can hear the baby crying at the next room.

Everything. Was there for 2 days conference. Check in 2 nights, had all 3 meals in hotel. Good spacious meeting hall (Cardamon) in level 2. The level 2 staff is helpful and polite.

Limited parking (only on 1st day). Ladies (level 2) has a few water hose leaking, need service.

my deposit cash gone since the receptionist forgot to issue the receipt. make sure u all ask them the cash deposit receipt. they sometimes forgot to issue the receipt n they forgot to record in the system. My adress also they key in wrong. this make me more difficult to claim my cash deposit. The girl incharge said she forgot. my husbbd n my girl saw me i gave her the rm100 cash. but no point, i dont hv the receipt. she only gv me the mastercard paymnt receipt.
