For family vacation-exellent. Good food, huge children's area, several swimming pools. Children club and animation. Nearby ocean and shopping street.

Single beds slide away all the time. Sofa for child was not so great.

I liked everything in this beautiful hotel. The room was big and really good isolated from noise - we didn’t hear other people at all. The system with the key from the doors ist absolutely great, very practical. Special compliment to the cooks - the food was fantastic: fresh, variable and very tasty. Very friendly and helpful people at the reception. Great location! You have access to several beaches within 7-10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends with families.

zero couldnt get a bed even early no one cared, pool was crowded slides only on certain times of the day shocking to be honest..

The hotel was spotless clean fantastic entertainment pool and slides were great rooms were fab breakfast was amazing can't fault anything.

It's so local to everything staff were so helpful pool area spotless food was amazing.

The kids pool was warm. And the room with a side patio was beautiful.

The towel service for the pool was so limited. We arrived in the evening and couldn't get a towel until 10 am the next morning. Then there was small windows when you could get a clean towel. The slides were height limited and my youngest was so upset she wasn't tall enough. The big pool was quite cold even though the hotel said all pools were warm. Only the baby pool was warm.

We love this hotel! And we will come back 🥰

We liked everything!

Breakfast and dinner were really great! There were many options(fish, meat, chicken, soups, salads, cheese, etc) available every day and almost everything was tasty. The menu is rotated every day. I really liked fresh orange juice for breakfast, the kids were very happy to have an ice cream every dinner. The swimming pools were warm in April and kids were enjoying spending time there. Playground is very big and kids liked it. Playa del Camisón is not far from the hotel and it is the best option for families with kids.

Sometimes there was too much noise during evening parties near the pool.

It was our second time in the hotel, previously 8 years ago but the hotel now looks completely different, so beautiful, lovely furniture in the lobby, excellent swimming area, daily attractions at the pool for kids, great food.

Pool beds having to get up at 6:30 to queue for them and you can’t leave the bed all day even for lunch or people remove your towels.

Sunbed queues at 8am...staff very polite but gave us alot of wrong information...spring hotels app didn't give us enough information so we missed out on some of the activities round the pool..food mostly just warm even when it had only just been put out on the hotplates and plates always cold..no availability of tea or coffee in the restaurant in the evening

The pool and facilities were good. The wrist band was a great way of accessing the room and paying for drinks. The quality of food was good. The slides on the pool was good.

There was not enough sun beds for the amount of people there. They had a adult only section which was huge but it was mainly families there so there was empty sun-beds in the adult only section. The communication should have been better that we could transfer our half board meals to lunch time. We only found out afterwards. They didn't cater that well for Vegan's or Gluten free. They have a touch screen ordering system by the pool but shut it at lunch time. The entertainment team wasn't very good, would stop participation events early. Despite being advertised as being heated the main pool wasn't heated. The quality of the entertainment was average, could have found a way to integrate the guest more.
