The view over the lake is really great. The flat is clean and well equipped even for long stays

We booked the « flat with lake view » that is advertised has having two bedrooms which is not the case. The second bed is literally put in the living room with just a curtain as separation (the description shall be more clear). The mattresses start to be at the end of their life, the springs can be felt clearly when laying.

the views were incredible, the big table in the living area was amazing for bringing us all together.

need outside furniture, the a/c was not working but they came and fixed it straight away.

just send the message much earlier.. not everyone has some internet in costa rica. please buy a new switch, it is too loud at night.

Views were beautiful and clean

Couldn't find staff to get shampoo, soap, toilet paper, clean towels,never saw a staff member. Property was 45m driving time from most destinations

The condo was very spacious and super clean.

The masters bathroom was clogged so we couldn't use it and its flood the room if we do .There is hardly hot water for us to use for shower. The pool outside was not heated my kids didn't swim because the water was freezing cold. There no stores or coffee shops nearby.

Great location, beautiful view on the lake Arenal, beautiful and spacy apartment. We would love to come back one day! :)

Top rate place with and old beat up mattress and pillows. The manager said the mattres was burned. Uncovered the sheets and no burns. Just and old cheap mattress. Lame excuse

the location gives a superb view of the lake with Arenal Volcano in the background, from the balcony. The balcony is a great feature. Good facilities in the condo, we were touring around Cost Rica and we managed to do all our washing! Not a lot round this location but a great place to stop for a night.

The view was amazing.

It was so windy and there's was hardly anyone there. There was no guard in the front. It was hard to see anyone at the property. Feels little iffy.

The furnishings were odd to say the least. 2 red faded sofa-chairs, A very nice sofa and rocking chair. The colorful curtains matched nothing. Very small dining room table in a huge room. The microwave glass carousel is missing. No side tables or lamps anywhere and with all sconce lighting it was very difficult to read. The 2 beds were hard as rocks.

The room has a great view. The self check in process is easy and perfect. Also there are all the equipment that you need as an apartment.

The wind from the lake is so strong and noisy, specially at night.

large size of unit. The view was amazing. Beds were fine. It was nice having a washer and dryer. Unit was quiet and private.

The master bath shower head was not good. Many holes in the shower head are blocked and squirt ever which way getting the bathroom floor all wet. There was no roasting pan in the kitchen. The recreation center wasn’t as nice as described.
