- Kid's pool are good size. - Very happy with the room size 👍🏻 - check in and out were fast and smooth (Check in Raya Ketiga) and my booking was via Booking.com - complimentary parking at Level 7 & 8 for guest hotel is a good initiative. Guna scan number plate shaja, Hi tech!! - breakfast was extended till 12noon (I asked three time to confirmed 😁)

- water at adult pool next to kiddie pool is sejuk....hahahahaha - lift service need to be improved. Lama wei tunggu turn 😭

The location is strategic. Very convenient for travelers to walk around Malacca City. The most I like is the breakfast. Superb serve and the food was nice. The place is not crowded and chill to have a great breakfast.

The room service is poor, I booked for 2 adults and 1 kid and the website stated included breakfast, ended up I got to paid for my kid breakfast. The bed is not comfort and room blanket is smelly.

Our room the entrance floor and near the bathroom were constantly wet. Some dishes in the breakfast were not hot when they should be hot.

1) Breakfast meal such as fried maggi noodles which I feel can serve other healthy dish. 2) The television channel should be improve which nowadays there are more channel available.

The frontdesk were very helpful and polite , especially the guards who is taking care of the parking very helpful. Food especially ayam masak merah quite tasty. Waited about 10 mins to take the breakfast , but its the staff managed it very well so that everyone can enjoy the meal.

Nth worth mentioning

Poor sound proof, especially if you got the room facing river, can hear the prayers from mosque loud and clear. The room door is very difficult to close. A big patch of water on the carpet, can see water pool when you step on it. No floor mat in the toilet, when asked the housekeeping staff working at the other room, he said need to call to request. Shower drainage stuck. Bed and pillows are not comfortable at all, lighting not bright enough. No proper hotel parking indication.
