the hotel is located a bit further from the Medina so it’s quite peaceful and quite always. the sitting room wasn’t very clean but the toilet and bedroom were clean.the hotel staff were helpful and assisted me to plan my itinerary better.

The pool Looked good in the pictures.

The rooms, the bathroom, the kitchen open plan. The furniture, the lighting, you name it. By far one of the Worst hotels my life has seen. Dirty, no proper kitchen utensils. We were there for 5days and were only given 2 tiny soap bars. House keeping was complete bowl movment. This is hotel is not even worth 1 star. Something seemed very off with this hotel.

Cleaning the environment but not same attention is placed on the inside

I basically have to invite them to come clean otherwise they assume you are good, and cleaning needs to include bedsheets

Hot water is available only at 7.30 am onwards

It looks good on the outside but the pool is actually not usable during winter months (freezing).

No breakfast. No warmed up pool. It has the basics.

THE ROOMS WERE POOR QUALITY, BED UNCOMFORTABLE. NO SOFA BED EVEN THOUGH ADVERTISED AS A ROOM FOR 4. VERY SMELLY. KITCHEN AWFULLY INADEQUATE. IN BATHROOM NO TOWEL HOLDERS WHATSOEVER. DIRTY FLOORS. NO ROOM SERVICE, WE ASKED FOR OUR LAUNDRY TO BE DONE AND THEY DID IT BUT THEN IRONED EVERYTHING WHICH WE DID NOT REQUEST AND CHARGED US £50. THE HOTEL CLAIMS TO HAVE 3 RESTAURANTS BUT ALL THREE WERE IN THE NEXT HOTEL WHICH IS 1 KM AWAY. POOL WAS NOT USUABLE, CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND WAS POOR. NOTHING FOR CHILDREN TO DO. PICURES ON THE WEBSITE ARE VERY DECEPTIVE. THE STAFF WERE VERY UNHELPFUL CONSTANTLY TRYING TO HELP TAXI DRIVERS AND OTHES TO GET MORE MONEY. TRAVEL BY TAXI EVEN 100 YARDS AWAY COST £25. JUST RIDICULOUS.

clean apartment very good space, clean toilet and bath, daily house keeping, staff was extremely good, brilliant customer service, can’t forget to mention brother Karim was very help full. smiley face.

Apartments are very dated and smelly. Very bad WiFi no signal. Paid more than quoted on booking.
