Riesiger Balkon, sehr grosses und luxuriöses Zimmer im obersten Stock. Altmodisch und luxuriös vom Eingang bis Treppenhaus bis Zimmer, Renaissance-Stil von aussen und innen. Nähe zum Bahnhof und Stadtkern.

Betreuung automatisiert, keine Reception eher das Gefühl von Zimmervermietung als von Hotel ... kann aber auch positiv sein.

It is a home from the late 19th century that is now a hotel. There are rooms with balconies and the staff is amazing. People walking by will stop to look and appreciate at the architecture.

There is no elevator. I had no trouble but if someone needs assistance this could be an issue.

该酒店没有电梯，上下楼梯是石材比较陡，对于国际旅行带着大重拉箱杆的很困难拿上楼。我们的房间卫生间是后期人工用板隔得，可能用得时间长而且卧室没有窗是通过内阳光房才有光源通风，所以房间有股老房子味道。商家用了廉价空气清新剂，不是太好闻。沙发旧得都是水渍，弹簧也坏，但酒店告诉我们它是老宅。我们旅行去过很多法国意大利几百老宅，该旧的房间旧但基本凳子沙发应该保持舒适。房间里仅有2个沙发也坐着不舒服。内阳台里有蚂蚁。该酒店不提供早餐，我的房间没有景观，唯一能开的窗正对着装修楼，间隔1.5米，开𥦬灰尘全飘到内/外阳台上，不开窗卧室没流空气。我入住时酒店要求不在房间里吸烟，但允许外阳光吸烟，厕所和房间里只放了1个垃圾桶，我要求再增加1个，仅被拒绝没有。我住过上百个酒店，这是第一次遇见厕所和房间共用1个垃圾桶，而且不能增加。房间里也没有茶包和咖啡，全放在1楼。客户要喝茶要去楼下1楼取，原因是有个摄像头对着，在欧洲这种方式很不礼貌。前台感觉有窥视习惯。由于同行家人有高血压恐高不能走楼梯而且很多公共区域全是地砖老人易摔跤要求提前退房被拒绝。老人腿不好，酒店没有餐厅只能走楼梯外出就餐。另外西班牙早上开门营业11:00多，对其他国家旅行人不习惯，基本附近没有找到早餐用餐店。酒店对面楼1直在装修，嘈音闹得整1天，灰尘又大。之前我们被允许在外阳台吸烟，由于对面嘈音大量灰尘，老人只能移到内阳台吸烟并开着窗户。但酒店前台态度很恶劣要求我们提前1天离店不退房租，理由要增加额外打扫，我提议可以提早3-4小时退房协助，被拒绝。酒店这种做很错误在沒有被提醒协商的基础上强行扣客户费用，打扫卫生的费用估计也几十欧，但房租是上百欧，也不提供协助客人从楼上移下重行李。我们通过booking on 协商，被前台无理拒绝。最恶劣的是我直接告诉酒店我要如实将自己遭遇写上评论上，他威胁我要通知当地所有酒店不接受我的预订，用这样语气对客户讲是一家服务性酒店的工作吗？这是我遇见最差的服务前台。我写我个人意见，它只是个老宅，但内设施不好，前台工作人员有窥视欲，提供给我们的茶杯有1个破了口，不多提供垃圾袋/桶，有蚂蚁，房间沙发又旧又脏，卫生间拖鞋太薄易摔跤。前台没礼貌教养…我给差评。没有𣺋意之外

Building was attractive from outside. the lobby was pleasant.property was clean and the room was adequate in terms of decoration.

Our ground floor room was on the corner of a busy street and very noisy.lots of traffic and people walking right past the window made for a disturbed nights sleep! The blinds had to be closed or people could look straight in when you were dressing -we found this uncomfortable and not what we had expected. We checked out early as this room wasn’t providing anything nice for our holiday sadly!
