Location

location was great, very good and central neighborhood to see all of London

Although it was a very nice and clean appartement, it could have been more personal by having more facilities available. for example there was a Nespresso machine, which is really nice, but no Nespresso cups. for the price we paid I think it is these extra’s that we were kind of expecting.

very comfortable flat with well equipped kitchen in an excellent location . Our host Sole was very helpful when we arrived to show us the lay out of our accommodation. Highly recommend this flat !

Great location, excellent facilities, comfy bed and lounge, so many channels on tv and excellent wifi

The 4 flights of stairs was a bit of a shock, tough going for a 73 year old with 2 X 20kg+ suitcases. some instructions for washer/dryer would have been nice and the exhaust fan in bathroom needs a clean

The apartment is in an excellent location. Spacious for a one bedroom apartment. Sole was a good communicator and very accommodating with our late arrival.

The shower is quite frustrating. The hot/cold tap doesn’t work well. Water temperature was very variable. Couldn’t sit up bed as the bed would roll away from the wall. Wheels on bed need securing. Floor was rather dusty, couldn’t walk around in bare feet as dust would stick to your feet. Windows didn’t work very well, they would not stay up when opening.

Great welcome, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and great location.

I found the controls for the shower a little tricky to regulate the temperature, but otherwise nothing.

Beautiful Neighborhood, very close to hyde park. 10 minutes walk from Knightsbridge tube and 1 minute walk from bus line 14 that reach all the tourists place. The apartment is very clean and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped and nothing was missing. Sole is very nice and available for every question. self checkout.

For us it wasn’t that bad, but for those with baggage there is no elevator and the stairs are not very wide.

Super easy and fast. Sole was on site to meet us.
