Difficulty to connect Wi Fi - bed not equipped normaly, first request not honored (in fact forgeted).

great location, easy to find, and free on-road parking (it was the weekend). We arrived early, and they allowed us to access the room straight away.

Room was very small.

The staff were most kind and helpful. They were very attentive to dietary requirements which was very important to me. The building was very well maintained and very clean. Secure parking was a valued facility and as the location is only a short walk to the city centre it was ideal for our stay. The breakfast was also very nice.

The staff is very nice! I arrived late at night, and they arranged my arrival and sent detailed instructions. My room was quiet, comfortable, and warm. I had everything I needed. On the last day of my stay, a breakfast table was booked for me -- this is so pleasant and attentive! Many thanks

Well situated not to far from the train station and bus stop. the room was comfortable, equipped with a lot of thing. I didn’t use it as a service appartement room but just a hotel room. I didn’t use the stove and kitchen appliances available.

Some minor repairs could be done in the bathroom (grout) and the soap dispenser in the shower was not working. The rooms are not sound proof, people in the corridor could be heard.

Excellent place. Best value for money.

Good location (15min walk to town centre / cathedral) with great bonus of private secured parking -- which can be difficult in Amiens. Underground carpark (10eu/day) has just one flight of stairs to Reception on ground floor and then there are lifts, so not as difficult as mentioned in another review. You need a 'radio' key fob from reception to get into the parking which is situated BEFORE the Reception entrance on a one-way street and parking spaces are very narrow. Young chap at reception was very helpful and telephoned me to ensure I could still get in when I was running late. Rooms on 4th floor are quiet (being away from street), with good views. Room I had was bright, clean, modern, spacious and had everything you might need for a short stay - even including a combination safe. Bed very comfy although pillows were too soft - could be firmer to provide support. Good shower, windows can be opened if stuffy. An excellent room-with-kitchenette and probably the best I have tried in France so far. TIP: Follow signs for the GARE when driving into Amiens and it is not far.

Nothing much to complain about. Kitchenette lacked wine glasses - unforgivable for France!! -- albeit Reception said later they could have got some out for me on request.

Underground parking and breakfast

Studio a little on the small side, we had to return some of our luggage to the car.

nothing. don’t trust the pictures . no aircon no tea, coffee , bad area.

the property is ok , after a long drive it was awkward to get to , down tiny one way streets , we never saw the gates so had to drive round again , if they said look for gates here’s the code you could of parked up then checked in , the place is massive , lots of flats and accom , handy if you arrive by train , cathedral etc is walkable , very poor with the info at point of booking

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good little kitchenette, and excellent bathroom. Reasonably close to the city centre (15 minute walk) and secure parking.

There was no easy chair - only hard plastic chairs at the table. Arriving by car is a little difficult: it's in a narrow one way street with no parking area in front of the hotel. The car park can only be accessed once you've checked in, so you need to find a parking space on the road (they're all 'payant'). The hotel should explain this clearly in their information.
