Perfect location in the centre of Malaga.

Everything was perfect.

The position is really good just a short walk from the historical city center, 20min walk from the train station, very well positioned. The bedroom is on lower ground floor which in an area like Andalucia, where temperatures rise above 30 degrees quite easily it's definitely a plus.

The whole apartment has only 2 very small windows, which do not allow in a lot of light, so even in the middle of the day you'll need to turn on the light. For a few days we had a very bad small in the whole apartment that would not go away until the last day, even though in general given the small windows it smelled like a closed place. The apartment was definitely not cleaned properly, there were balls of dust on the ground, plus the walls are covered by the marks of killed mosquitos and therefore blood. The mattress is not tall and very soft, which means that you'll squash it completely when laying on it, this makes it also uneven as the borders being inherently harder and therefore your side closer to the outwards will be higher that the side on the center of the mattress. The mattress being so small makes every pillow uncomfortable as you'll fall low on the mattress and so your head will always seat way higher making it very uncomfortable. The bed sheets are just a thing single layer sheet placed directly on top of the mattress and the pillows. To access the bathroom you need to pass through the bedroom so if you are in more than 2 consider that your privacy will be compromised. The bathroom is quite small and the shower is tucked underneath the stairs making it very uncomfortable for anyone 180cm/6ft tall or over. The shower also leaks a lot of water every time you use it, if you don't mop it every time you'll find the whole bathroom flooded, consider that the shower is not shown anywhere in the official images. The bathroom is the only room where you can find a mirror, there are no mirrors anywhere else. If the neighbors close to the flat go to the loo, you'll hear them flushing. Also we weren't particularly lucky with the neighbors, we had several days when they talked/screamed quite late in the night.

The location was nice, close to the city center, around 10 minutes on foot. It was also relatively close (15min on foot) to the train and bus station which is convenient for people travelling.

The appartment was nice, however not as fancy as it seems in the photos. The main disadvantage was the mosquitoes. Apparently, there was a mosquito problem before, as we saw from the blood-stained walls. This should have been cleaned before we arrived, since it creates a feeling that the appartment is "dirty" (in general it was clean) which is not pleasant. Also, the bedroom which was downstairs was not so bright (it looked in the inner yard).

No Staff communication,kettle when on cut power in apartment everytime (NOT SAFETY), drop water(leaking) from ceiling in the bathroom, WiFi not exists, shower glass door in bathroom have hole on bottom side so water leaking on floor everywhere. Complain from not available. Lights in bedroom flashing all times. Apartment BE is absolutely NOT ready for renting.

Tastefully decorated/ spacious for 2 people, good facilities and situated close to old town. Decent reteraunts within 10 minute walk. If 4 sharing then upstairs sleeping area does not have bathroom only one is en suite to main bedroom. Fine for kids. Apartment 1G

Very big apartment, even had a washer so we went back home with clean clothes!

Extremely dissatisfied with this apartment. Upon arrival we noticed that all the walls were dirty with black marks. The kitchen was extremely dirty with leftover food on the walls. I contacted the company and they agreed to come out and clean. We went out and the cleaning team was at the apartment in the meanwhile. When we arrived back, it was very obvious that they hadn’t cleaned very well. I personally had to buy cleaning products and clean all the walls in the kitchen as well as the cabinets. Even the utensils had old left over food on them. The sponge that was provided upon arrived, was used. Besides from the lack of cleaning; the lamps on the second floor are barely hanging from the ceiling. It rained for a couple of days and water was leaking from the ceiling window. We notified the company again and their solution was to put a bucket under the window. Most of the furniture was scratched and the couch was ripped in the fabric. The apartment is in no state to be rented out. I notified the company about all the problems and they did not offered any sort of compensation or even an apology. Definitely the worst apartment we’ve ever stayed at. We have once before stayed in one of the other apartments and that one was new and everything was clean so we were extremely surprised about this one.
