THE Location was everything .. Right on the beach
That they had dinner tables set up right outside your room every night

Nothing whatsoever
Lot of flies and insects inside room.. cockroaches and that implies very bad hygiene is maintained. washbasin tap was only supplying hot water and could not even brush teeth properly as it did not regulate temperature to provide room temperature water.. complimentary water bottle is so tiny but when we order in, your bottles are much bigger - bad cost cutting strategy. one of the days kitchen was closed and we were unable to take room service as no one picked the restaurant phone
number due to everyone attending the boss’s wedding - how unprofessional to leave guests without food. Cheap hosting! In short we would never come back to you guys nor recommend the place to our loved ones.

reception staff isn’t very supportive, also we weren’t informed early that their restaurant is closed for room service. as it was raining it got difficult for us find restaurants and travel late in night

The property is located at a serene place with lots of greenary around it..A perfect place to stay out of all hustle bustle from city and connects your soul with nature. The rooms are big enough with all the necessary amenities and they have this amazing restaurant.. The service was great and the dishes were delicious.. One may not have any mobile network around this area but they have wifi which got you covered.. Apart from this all are good...
We can ignore the little odds as most of the things are good enough to ignore those little things..

The location is perfect. The sea front villas are very comfortable with wonderful views. it was idyllic.

Lovely location in a quiet spot on the beach, sea facing and one of few where you have sun loungers on the sand.. which is why we choose it.
tip: we hired a scooter which was perfect for getting out to reach restaurants further down the beach.
Good room service, very nice food which we ate on our veranda in the evenings and friendly welcoming staff on the front desk and restaurant.

I last visited the Bay in 2019 and had a lovely stay.. it feels a little tired now and in need of a lick of paint and some tlc.
No reading lights in the bedroom, only overhead lights with a switch on the opposite side of the room to the bed.
The bathroom particularly felt like it needed some attention.
Common areas could be looked after better, repaired and tidied.
Having said this though we still had a nice stay but probably stayed or visited other properties that were better cared for.

We loved the layout of the room and the open air shower and washroom was very well kept , clean and well designed.
We were unable to get a beach front room and hence we had to take a river front room, however because of all the trees we were unable to get a clear view of the river either.

Absolutely love this place, quiet end of Agonda Beach, staff so nice and helpful, food good. Going back next year!

Nice bungalows, great food & friendly staff.
No bridge to cross the river to access the beach directly. Mattress was not comfortable & no water pressure in shower.

One of the best beach Holidays i had so far,the beach is very clean,safe to swim,less crowded sorrounded by beautiful mountains and cocunut trees
The Resort itself has beautiful rooms,bathrooms are excellent,beds are very comfy and staff are very helpful,food served at restaurant is good,but very limited choice

Calm and peaceful property in South Goa with exceptionally well-behaved and helpful staff. The property is beautiful surrounded by greens. Riverside cottages, though a little away from the beach, is a different vibe altogether! Private, charming, up and close to nature. They offer complimentary pickup and drop off to the beach area (which offers candlelight dinner setups on the beach for you). Or you can take a cuter boatride if the tide is high. Their restaurant Treetop Tava serves delicious food with a breathtaking view with the absolute friendliest and helpful staff! Backwaters, Meets the ocean, right on the side of this property.
