Food and cocktails are nice. Staff is friendly. Ritik deserves a special mention for it. It's a safe place to stay with family.

Rooms are not that great, surely need some deep cleaning. The shack on the beach was also not so clean. There is no power back up. Smokers all around. If you have little kids with you, just don't go to the beach shack. They have a big print out just hanging there saying no smoking but neither their guests nor the staff give a damn.

Property is clean and good. Peaceful atmosphere highly recommended for honeymoon-couple .Hrithik at shack was really good and helped us deciding lunch. Food was extraordinary thxs to cook prepared according to customers choice.

Stary dogs around property and cats making fuss

The view from the sea view room was blocked because of the the front facing huts. The toilet was always wet and the water got clogged everytime after use. Lots of insects during the night time and very low light provided inside the rooms. The bridge in front of the resort is very narrow. So we had to carry our luggage from the car to our rooms in sand which was very tiring and very hectic.

The view from the restaurant was amazing. The food was good but a little bit over priced. The staff was very supporting and helped us in every way. Thanks to our bartender bhaiya and hrithik. They were very helpful. At evening time the restaurant with all the lights lit up looked amazing. Do try the cocktails in the menu. But don't try lobster in the resort. I ordered lobster which was very costly but it was not upto the mark. I will visit this place again and recommend other too.

Just a single person for all the services

We got the sea view front hut, it was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. There are plenty of dogs (+cat) on the property so great for dog lovers like us. The staff is very friendly and hospitable and take care of all your basic needs. Food is good as well. Drinks are better (and stronger!). It’s good to know that the property is at the end of the Agonda beach, so away from other places that gives it a secluded and calm feel. We had an unfortunate night where loud music was an issue till 4am, but the owner sorted it when we came forward to request it be turned down, as well as dealing with the rude party. Overall it was good short term stay.

Not only the location was amazing but the people. Everyone was really nice. Plus the music jam at evenings were amazing. Couldn't ask for more. Will be back soon. Special shoutout for Jonty who's really good with people and plays really nice Djembe.

We had a full sea view beach front cottage. The location at the North end of the beach is great. Quiet. The property provides a few mattresses, towels and parasols on the beach as sunbeds are not allowed. Staff were lovely and food good. Although the restaurant sometimes plays music it is chill out music played quietly.
