Das Resort an sich war traumhaft, mitten im Wald aber trotzdem zentral zu Ao Nang gelegen. Mit dem kostenlosen Shuttle oder Tuk Tuk für 100 Baht kommt man in weniger als 10 Minuten in die Stadt und zum Strand. Die Villen sind wunderschön eingerichtet und grundsätzlich auch sauber ABER es gibt Ratten in den Zimmern. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Shuttle Transfer zu den Zimmern hat gut funktioniert und war sehr witzig. Der Poolbereich ist gut aber mit zu wenig Liegen und Schattenplätzen ausgestattet. Hier sollte man früh kommen und sich eine Liege mit Schirm reservieren. Massage war super wenn auch teurer als in der Stadt. Frühstück war top. 7 11 vor dem Resort war super für Einkäufe.

Traumhaftes Resort aber die Ratten in den Zimmern gehen gar nicht. Deshalb rate ich jedem davon ab hier zu buchen. Wir hatten erst eine Treetop Villa. An Tag 2 haben wir Kratzen und Quicken in den Wandpaneelen über dem Bett gehört. Dann haben wir draußen 2 Ratten gesehen, wie sie die Abflussrohre zum Zimmer hochgerannt sind. Zusätzlich haben wir Rattenkot im Zimmer gefunden. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit aber auch sehr entspannt (fast so als wäre das ein altbekanntes Problem). Ein Techniker hat sich dann das Zimmer angeschaut und uns gezeigt, dass die Wandpaneele oben offen sind und die Ratten hier jederzeit von der Wand ins Zimmer gelangen können. Und das direkt über dem Bett. Nachdem der Techniker die Ratten auch gehört hat durften wir das Zimmer wechseln. Hier haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade in eine Villa mit Whirlpool bekommen weil sonst nichts mehr frei war. Beim ersten Blick durch das Zimmer ist uns auch hier Rattenkot an mehreren Stellen aufgefallen. Wir haben das der Rezeption gemeldet aber die Mitarbeiterin hat das wohl nicht ganz verstanden also wurde nichts mehr unternommen vom Hotel. An Entspannung ist da nicht zu denken. Sehr schade, ein traumhaftes Resort, wirklich schön und die Mitarbeiter sind wie gesagt sehr bemüht ausgezeichneten Servive zu bieten. Aber die Ratten in den Zimmern gehen gar nicht. Uns tut die Bewertung wirklich leid weil es wie gesagt grundsätzlich ein wunderbares Resort ist und die Mitarbeiter die freundlichsten Menschen sind aber hätten wir das vorher gewusst hätten wir wo anders gebucht.

Hôtel magnifique !!! Lés bungalow sont splendides dans un écrin de verdure très appréciable ( cela change un peu des hôtels conventionnels) Servuce de navettes pour les déplacements dans l’hôtel. La piscine est somptueuse en terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle. Pas très loin du centre en touk touk. Le restaurant est bon et l’accueil impeccable !

El resort es precioso, te encuentras en plena jungla. Las vistas desde la habitación son impresionantes. El bungalow es precioso, cuidado al detalle. La piscina muy bonita también.

Beautiful grounds that five you the feeling of being in the natural beauty of the rainforest while being only minutes away from the bustling beach area.

Not a deal breaker for us but the whole property is on a very steep hill so you are reliant on taking free shuttle up and down.

The property is secluded from the city, very quite and surrounded by nature. I love the villa so much. Clean, spacious and worth every penny!

We will never forget our incredible experience at this property. You literally stay in what feel to be treehouses perched within the jungle canopy. The employees were wonderful and kind and always available to help. The location is great, just at the top of the main road so you’re not directly within the more energetic stretches of the road. A must try for sure!

The only thing I might say is that the facilities could use a little help but it is nothing that will affect your stay. The facilities are very clean.

The location of the hotel is magnificent and magical. Staying in the jungle was amazing. The steep hill up to the room was not a problem since the drivers of the shuttle were always there for you no matter what was the time of the day. A lot of wildlife here, we had been drinking coconuts in the balcony and went inside for a few minutes. Once we looked at the balcony - 10 monkeys were enjoying our coconuts. Was an amazing experience. Glad that the room service was quick to help to clean up the mess monkeys left. Close to Ao Nang centre; easily walkable. Sadly no crosswalk to 711 but it’s easy to cross the road either way once you get used to the dynamics of the traffic. The breakfast was a 10/10.

I wouldn’t count this as a disadvantage, since this is a jungle. But we’ve encountered a bunch of different insects in our house, cockroaches and other species.

Very varied food, great breakfast. The hotel restaurant is great. The territory of the hotel is very nice. I feel like stay as a botanical garden. There is good swimming pool. The houses (rooms) stand far from each other. The hotel has a special car, only for taking guests to the rooms.

It's a long way to the sea, but the hotel takes you to the sea three times per day.

At night my partner and I go lost finding our room at night time and started wondering around in the dark. Looking back at it now it was funny..

Scenic and spacious property within walking distance of a few good restaurants.

Most of the rooms require the complimentary shuttle vehicles from the lobby as walking uphill numerous times daily is a labourous activity.

Not enough oppositions in the breakfast

Amazing again. We visited once before and again it was great. Views are amazing, pool is great and all huts are beautiful and very comfortable (we’ve stayed in 3 different ones so far).

Quite a climb down to the pool/street if you’re in one of the upper huts. But if you’re willing to wait a little while the staff is happy to pick you up in their shuttle.

Everything, if you are looking for a place with nature, this is the hotel with a nice view of the mountains and a lot of animals around like monkeys and birds perfect place if you are looking to relax disconnect.

1) noise from the road makes the experience a bit controversial. you expect to find yourself in the jungle but everywhere you also head highway…. 2) room was dirty, low quality of cleaning. bedsheet the impression that somebody used it before you. this point was very dissapointing 3) location is not good, garbage around and big road

Very interesting experience of living on the mountain and access to the room by the hotel van. The ride is like a forest adventure, especially at night with all the lights on. The swimming pool view is amazing, overlook the big garden that you can take a walk in. One of the staff Farrokh is very nice and helpful :) !

It's really hard to carry the luggage from the hotel van drop point to the room but luckily the staff will help. But still a challenge when you want to check out and bring the luggage out. (may be able to ask staff for help again) Breakfast is mediocre and often finished if you go a bit too late. A bit distance from Aonang Beach, walk is 30mins or you can ask hotel to organise transportation. The shower temperature was either too hot or too cold but after I complained the hotel fixed it.

Gorgeous setting and stunning pool area, staff were friendly.

The room needed a lot of TLC and wasn’t very clean. TV was thick with dust, bed drapes were dirty and couldn’t use outside bath as it had an ant infestation. Wicker seating outside had holes in it, railings were all chipped of paint and decking was well overdue a varnish. Pool bar was also closed.
