The place is really nice! Its location is perfect - you can see the city completly on foot, everything is very close. When you want to go outside the city, the bus stops and train station are around 5 minutes from the hotel. Rooms are nice and tidy. Everything what necessary, you gonna find there. Breakfast - OK but we're not much in sweet, continental breakfasts. If somebody is - we'll be delighted because selection of sweets, fruits or juices is huge:) For a few days visit - highly recommended :)

It's not much like a problems or sth. we didn't like. General tips maybe I would call: 1/ TV - there are hundreds of channels but we couldn't find any in English. We weren't here to watch TV but to have at least some BBC or CNN seems like a standard worldwide. 2/ Bathroom is really nice but could be more "practical", like too short shower = wet floor everywhere after bath or big sink with no place to put anything next to it.

Great location and very nice staff. No noise, so we could sleep well. The hotel is situated on the second floor of an old palace, but the room is modern and newly decorated. The location is perfect for visiting the city, as well as for going on trips outside the city, since it is just a few minutes away from the main bus and train station. Also convenient if you are coming from the airport. There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops around. Nice view from the hotel balcony.

I wish we had at least one chair in the room to put our clothes on. We knew the room would be small, so it did not bother us, but what we missed was a chair.

The location and brand new. The front desk Letizia was very helpful and all the reception people great. Except the one who did our check in and did not explain anything or help me telling where were the parking places.

The room has security problems regarding signs and advices for steps. Dangerous. Also there’s a lack of location and signs showing the location to the Hotel. If you are driving you can’t see if you are driving by.

The staff were extremely helpful with all manner of useful advice, especially Letizia who could not have been kinder. Excellent breakfast - served by Letizia. But all the staff were excellent. This hotel is in a perfect location for visiting the port and the city and we very much enjoyed our visit.

This is an old building so some of the floorboards are a bit squeaky. However, we are also getting older so can't complain about a few squeaks.

The rooms are very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff are extremely nice and welcoming. Very good breakfast and very good location walking distance from all the main attraction and the train station.

The hotel has a very beautiful breakfast room, stylish Interieur and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While having breakfast you can enjoy the nice view at the port. The location us very convenient with many great Restaurants around. All rooms have a high ceilings giving a spacious vibe. The deco is stylish and timeless.

Nice hotel in a central location. The staff is friendly and professional. They offered us the chance to switch to a different room with a better view for the remainder of our stay but the other rooms were smaller and we had already unpacked. Finally but most importantly, the breakfast was delicious!!

The mattress with the memory foam did not suit me well and left me with slight back ache for a few hours in the morning. The view of the "inner courtyard" is an overstatement. Out of the window, you'll see a dirty fenced balcony, air-conditioning compressors, the inner walls of the building and some plumbing. The sun almost never makes its way into the room.

Great staff! Very friendly and very helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable so you're guaranteed to get a good night's sleep. And very very central, right in the heart of Cagliari.

The rooms/building itself is not sound proof so you can hear everything from the streets to neighbouring rooms. If you come with a car, parking is a big problem. So best if you have no car when staying this central.

Location was perfect. Rooms were quite small, but had everything what we wanted, breakfasts were always fresh and tasty. There was also beautiful view from the dining room.

One thing that wasn’t the best was the bed mattress, it was too soft, but that’s only my opinion- I just prefer harder mattresses.
