a bright, spacious and comfortable apartment, Anna and her team did everything possible to help our visit so much more enjoyable.

Wonderful apartment in excellent location. Clean, comfortable with 2 full bathrooms. Great for our two families of 3, but also for 3 couples. Really nice host who arranged for us to take the apartment even after a late night Ryanair flight. Water in fridge, coffee, tea and biscuits a nice touch.

Almost everything was perfect.

Hot water was not enough!! If two kids took a shower, my husband and i had to take the shower in cold water!!! Cold shower every day... it’s a shame :(

Good central location. Rooms and house clean, spacious and nice simple decor.

This apartment is managed by a third party - the service was terrible. They demanded us to set a check in hour with more than a week in advance and had no flexibility to change the hour after (ended up arriving in Cagliari at 14 with bags and only being able to check in at 19). Also check out is at 10 (earlier than most places) with no option to keep bag storage after. Since we let Anna (manager) know we would leave a complaint to Booking about check in policy (not in agreement to what was advertised in booking) she was very rude and passive aggressive “inviting us” to cancel our reservation - which we couldn’t since in last minute would not find better options. Worst service we experienced in Sardinia and Italy

Love the deco , the location, the facilities

It was nice that they had left a few things to eat and drink on are arrival at the property. We were meet by a very nice lady and she showed us around the property. It was all nice and clean.

We found that the air con in the top bedroom worked very well but for the rest of us in the down stars bedroom and the one on the middle floor they did not work as well even with the one in the kitchen area on. We did keep the windows closed in the heat of the day so it was not that we had let a lot of hot air in.

Great location on a beautiful street and not far to walk to great restaurants and cafes. Apartment was the perfect size for four adults. Good sized rooms and great facilities.
