Great hotel with nice interior design and wonderful facilities - washing machine, dryer, gaming room with xbox switch futsal and air hockey. Free pop corn and tea as well as a full study area with comfortable chairs and sofa. Free water dispensers on every floor too

Had bed bug bites after staying for 4 days

It’s a short walk to the metro and the gondola ride at Love River. The common areas were excellent. The traditional Taiwanese breakfast was surprisingly good. Toasts and butter rolls were also available for western palate.

love the decorations in every room of the hotel. love the lounge and afternoon tea room. the free kettle corn was delicious and the stamping pads make the kids happy. it’s walking distance to pier 2 and MRT and lots of good restaurants.

The location is quite convenient to both light rail and Metro as well as Love River. Easy walk to Gushan ferry. Breakfast buffet was fine and the women working the buffet were nice.

Guests are required to leave one of their keycards with reception if they want housekeeping. I simply do not understand that policy. The hotel should give the guest a sufficient number of breakfast coupons upon checking in for their entire stay rather than having the guest pick up a new coupon from reception each morning. I suppose this is a pet friendly hotel. The night prior to checking out I was awakened at 4 a.m. by a barking dog in an adjacent room. Because I am a light sleeper I was unable to go back to sleep. And I do use earplugs so it was a loud dog. For that reason alone I would not return to Legend despite its good points.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, not only in the rooms but also the corridors, elevator, facade. The laundry facility was easy to use. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. A few snacks and drinks are also offered for free. Good location to start exploring the city on foot or by public transport.

Check in was a bit chaotic due to limited English skills at the reception.

Twin room w/o window was comfortable and nicely designed. The staff was not fluent in English but they did their best. The location close to Pier 2 was fantastic.

The amenities were ok, no conditioner and no ‘japanese’ toilet (other hotels for the same price did have this features). At night the emergency light did glow very bright, so it was never fully dark in the room. You could hear children/people in the hallway.

huge room and fantastic bathroom. The hotel is really unusual because it has Muros everywhere. I’ve posted a picture of the lift door as it took me awhile to realise that was actually a lift, I walked straight past it. The staff are amazing and the location is great. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

The staff made the stay impressionable, from the moment we stepped in and left. Such warmth and energy. They make the vibrant hotel outlook comes alive. Well done to every single staff behind such welcoming stay.

Nothing much. Just the TV channels selection for foreigners like us. But really no big deal. We can't think of anything we didn't like.

Excellent location with many restaurants nearby and two metro lines within 5 min walking distance. I also loved the nearby Pier 2 arts area. The rooms are comfortable and the king bed has a very good size. The bathroom was huge and very modern.

The street was a little bit noisy and the room could use some more furniture. The breakfast was very nice with a great selection but it's mostly Taiwenese dishes only.

I stayed here for 3 nights- was an amazing stay! Location (and 5 mins walk to port), surroundings, staff, bed super comfort, cozy room with enough space, great water pressure, and very clean atmosphere. All good, will definitely return.

The whole designs of the hotel building and rooms are very creative. Breakfast are fresh with various choices. Very appreciate to provide a self service of laundry.
