Pretty uncomplicated and very friendly.

The staff were wonderfully helpful. The staff at the restaurant gave great recommendations, and when my husband managed to lock us out of our room, they cheerfully fixed the problem.

The place is a bit on the shabby side. We are fine with that and knew what we were getting, but the cost seemed high for that.

The room was amazing, you can't really hear that much from the hallways. Breakfast was good but it would be better to have more warm meal's.

The living room didn't have enough games for the children and some of the games weren't playable.

The room was large and had plenty of space to put up jackets and winter clothes. The en-suite bathroom was clean and the bed very comfortable. The heating worked well which was great at -20°C outside. We loved the breakfast, which was served in the cafe downstairs, nice seating and good drinks menu. The staff was friendly and helpful. Walking to the city center only takes a few minutes and there is a public bus station just around the corner (bus to Santa Village also leaves from there). We were allowed to store our luggage for half a day when we departed, that was great. I would definitely recommend Cafe Koti for a stay of a few days.

Location is perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean and safe. Luggage storage is a great option. There is a sauna which can be used for free. Totally recommend the salmon bagel in the cafe.

There is not a separation option like a curtain on the bunk beds. It would be nice to have a little privacy or in case small accidents like the person above can drop something on your head 🙂 I don’t understand the logic of using the keycard at every door (5 doors) from the main entrance till the dorm room (even in the elevator).

Fab café with great lunch buffet! Clean tidy rooms, nice common areas and loved the sauna!! Great sized lockers and the staff were so nice.

The beds were a little loud and rickidy as were the lockers.

The location is absolutely good, in the city center, convenient to go everywhere. There are lockers in the room to store luggage. and the kitchen on every floor, which is convenient.

A bit noisy, sometimes the bathroom is not so clean.

The staff were friendly, the bed was super comfortable, the facilities were fresh and clean and the breakfast was great!
