Great hosts! They were in contact before my arrival and they were great with helping plan my stay/ activities . It felt like I was visiting old friends!

숙소는 중심가에서 좀 떨어져 있고, 주변에는 아무 시설이 없으나 택시로 이동하니 괜잖았습니다. 전원적인 객실이라 좀 오래되었고, 실내는 어둡습니다. 침구류는 회색톤입니다.

Wij waren zo goed ontvangen van de gastheer, die ons hielp met raad en daad in onze vakantiewensen. Alle uitleg over waar we alles konden vinden en doen, gaf hij ons. We voelden ons meteen thuis in een mooie omgeving waar een kunstenaar is voorbij gekomen. De kamer had alles wat we nodig hadden. Ik zou er zo terug gaan.
Er zaten aanzienlijk wat muggen, dus sprayen is aangeraden. Eigenlijk wel een beetje de keuken, omdat die altijd bezet was als wij ook wilden gaan.

El personal del alojamiento es excepcional. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario: aire acondicionado, ventilador, nevera, calentador de agua con cafe y demás para poder desayunar en la habitación, baño con gel, champu, lociones… y además las camas son cómodas y todo está impecable.
Suma a esto que el Pennywise Cottages tiene cocina y piscina, y que el precio es muy competitivo.

Es cierto que está a quince minutos de distancia andando del supermercado más cercano, pero la zona es segura y el paseo muy agradable.

Basic but comfortable accommodation, in a quiet and peaceful area, approx. 15 minute walk from the town center. The host, Cyril was very welcoming and helpful in answering all our questions and helped us organize activities at unbeatable prices.

On the last morning I was swelled a nice breakfast, since there is no dining are the meal was served right outside of my room. Nice, tasted wonderful too!

I loved everything here. I really appreciate all the help from Cyril and answer all my questions. The guest house also arranged all my trips with the best rates. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the facility is very large.
I think it would be great if there is a restaurant in this hotel so don't have to walkout for dinner after dark

Taxi service arranged by the staff was good and on time. Kitchen facilities were very good. Very nice pool which was well looked after.

Quiet neighborhood in residential area. Good value compared to many overpriced accommodations in Victoria Falls. Manager helped secure a taxi driver that they trust and work with regularly.
The patio area in front of each room was nice but was too cluttered with upholstered chairs and extra tables.

Exactly what I was looking for. Affordable, clean, safe and good location. As I was planning on being away from the hotel most of the time on excursions it was perfect for me for a peaceful and comfortable sleep and felt safe.
Front desk could do better offering yours straight away with discounts.

When we asked them to do laundry during staying, they did it completely perfect. Interaction with us was very smooth by using WhatsApp. Petty, the staff at the lodge, was very kind and gave us the wonderful service!

The owner are such nice people! We stayed first for one night and returned two times. During our trip through Zimbabwe, they gave us information about cheap place to stay, they made our laundry and we could store our bags for some days when we left to Zambia.
Tbe kitchen is well equiped, the rooms are clean and there is free coffee and tea in the morning. I highly recommend this place!

Victoria Falls is so beautiful green, calm, and safe and Pennywise is greatly located, has a great kitchen and a nice pool. The room is a bit dark and wifi can break up a bit but the manager and staff are SO friendly. I will definitely be back!!!

The staff were very informative and helpful. The rooms are better appointed and up to date than you'd think, just looking at the outside of the place. It's actually great value for the money.
The ceiling fan only seemed to go at top speed. There was a control, but I found the only way to stop the wind in the room was to turn the ceiling fan completely off.
