photos of bathroom were not representative of apartment we stayed in (108). settees were dated, worn, thin and uncomfortable. noise levels between 2130 and 0200hrs was extremely loud due to being directly opposite taverna and adjacent to nightclub/bar. Cooking facilities were basic and unable to boil an egg after 30 minutes. Balcony had broken plastic seats and was dirty.

Very nice and clean apartment, tastefuly equiped and decorated. Big enough to accomodate 2-3 people. Close to seaside and restaurants.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location.

It would have been useful to have a microwave for heating baby food and milk.

Accommodation was new, modern and clean. Well equipped apartment. The apartment was quite large and had a large balcony. Wi-fi in the apartment. Excellent location near the beaches (3-10 min. Walk). 8 minutes' walk to Kato bus station. 10 minutes from the port and the archeological area. Close to many restaurants and beach clubs. Possibility to rent a deck chair on the beach. There were many attractions on the beach (jet skis ...). Very nice and welcoming landlord. He advised us on choosing a restaurant. We communicated in English via Whatsapp. A bottle of water in the fridge was waiting for us at the apartment. Shop 6 minutes away. Thank you!

We lacked a broom or a vacuum cleaner in the apartment to remove the sand we brought from the beach. The apartment door could not be locked. Near the apartment there is a bar where loud music plays until night.

Absolutely nothing, had a great stay

Owner brought me pancakes one morning.

The room was ordered for three people but we had towels and bed sheets for two. After asking to get more, the new sheets came with stains on them. The shower is horrible, the water pressure is very low and there's barely temperature control. Although we didn't need it, the Netflix subscription didn't seem to work. Also, the AC didn't seem to be as effective, even for a smaller apartment like this. It feels like owner doesn't perform maintenance, only cleaning.

It was a little bit cold during the night

Attentive, responsive, friendly hosts. Studio apartment was well-equipped and clean. Apartment complex is well-located, just a two-block walk from the beach and with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops/supermarket nearby. Note: there’s a parking lot very close and we never had a problem parking our car. However, it was low season (after New Years + Covid). Before you arrive, you might want to ask for multiple parking options in higher tourist seasons.

There's a club+shisha bar diagonally across the street that plays stupendously loud music, sometimes late into the night. We were saved by Covid restrictions which required bars and nightclubs to close at midnight. If you are a light sleeper or go to bed early, consider bringing very good earplugs and a dose of patience.

The apartment as well as the host are highly recommended! The host helped us about everything and answered immediately all the questions we had. The apartment is super clean, very comfortable and with excellent location as starting point to explore the city.

Great location near the huge beach promenade in the tourist part of Paphos. Very close to all restaurants and cafes, as well as to the main bus stop that connects Paphos with the airport and all other destinations. Very kind host, easy check-in at any time. Opportunity to leave your suitcase in a safe place after check-out, which was very important for us because of the late flight. Very well equipped apartment - kitchen with everything you need for cooking, wide wardrobe, wide bathroom. Overall spacious and bright apartment.

The problem with the noise, pointed out by other guests, is definitely serious. It was almost impossible to fall asleep on some of the nights before 2:00 AM. It was especially hard the first night when you were tired and sleepy, but the walls throbbed with the bass of the neighboring bars and discos. Be very careful with your choice if you want to relax and do not plan to be at the disco at that time. The apartment itself needs to be refreshed, it is already much more worn out than in the photos. The mattress is of the old type, with springs, and I would not say that it is very comfortable. The sheets and duvet did not look perfectly clean and I would recommend more attention to the laundry (However, the host is kind and responsive and will give you another one, but..)

It's an amazing place nearby the sea. The apartments had all the commodities, a spacious balcony and a TV with netflix. The host is a star! We left our keys in the apartment and locked ourselves out, but the host helped us get back in a very short notice. After checking-out, the host was kind enough to let us leave our bags in a safe. Would recommend this place to anyone :)
