Il personale è disponibile e accogliente, la posizione è ottima e la colazione è molto buona.

Ingresso a 200 metri dalla strada percorribili in una via strettissima piena di sporcizia e incolta vegetazione senza illuminazione. Ci hanno dato una stanza (la B10) diversa da quella che avevamo prenotato. Lavandino otturato, bagno irrespirabile e camera piena di formiche anche dentro il letto. Asciugamani sporchi. Abbiamo fatto check out dopo due notti pur avendone pagate 4.

The location was perfect, the staff were wonderful, the room was neat and clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was extremely delicious and well presented.

I was given room B10 which had spider webs, a frog and insects everywhere inside the room. Worst part is that I didn’t even book B10. When I questioned the staff they mentioned they don’t have any other rooms and I have to speak to the manager. I had to make a big fuss next morning asking for me to be moved to the room I rightfully booked. Somehow magically a new room appeared when the night before I was told there are no other rooms. It was the worst experience. I was moved from B10 to B2, B2 was not bad and clean, but the bed was too hard to sleep on. The other part is, I booked a tour to Mt Batur for 2 using the hotel reception, I got ripped off. I paid 1.5M IDR for two people only to find out from other fellow travellers in my group they only paid 700k IDR for two. When I questioned the manager at the hotel, I got 200K IDR back. I felt deceived by the hotel again I am unable to attach videos here but attached the 2 pictures I have

In der etwas schmaleren Straße neben dem ganzen Trubel gelegen war es - bis auf die sehr lauten Geräusche der Natur - die Grillen :D richtig schön ruhig! Wir waren in der mittleren Etage des Komplexes, zwar keine Aussicht über das kleine Reisfeld, aber trotzdem ins Grüne, da alles am Hang gebaut ist. Großes komfortables Bett mit Moskitoschutz. Zimmer insgesamt kleiner als erwartet. Wirkte relativ familiär und gemütlich alles. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ameisen auf dem Zimmer - aber wenige und meistens schon tot (ist halt in der Natur) Super Ausblick von der Terasse.

Zimmer etwas dunkel, da die Fenster zum Gehweg raus waren, nur ein kleines "Kellerfenster" im Bad. Wenige Liegen am Pool mit Sonne am Nachmittag - oder positiv: viel Schatten :) Frühstück "nur" bis 10...also wenn man morgens Yoga von 8:30 bis 10 machen will wirds knapp oder man muss fragen, ob man später kommen darf. Wäscheservice relativ teuer.

Rent och städat, fräscha lakan och handdukar. tyst och lugnt. Bra med myggnät som komplement. Tillmötesgående personal.

ev lite mörkt rum. poolområdet var inte så inbjudande men det gjorde inget för vår del.

Good location, easy walk to centre of Ubud and in a nice peaceful setting located off the road. Rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. Good choice for breakfast & nice to have it included in the price. Staff are lovely

Pool closes at 7pm which is a shame as quite nice to go for a dip to cool down after dinner. There is a bit of noise at night from local bars but nothing major
