Lovely cottage , very warm welcome .

Scalby is a lovely village with two nice pubs. There's a tearoom next door. Lots of walks on the coastal path from cottage. We parked our 3 cars easily on the main Rd. It was so quiet in the cottage even though the road is quite busy. Our hostess was charming and met us with the key.The kitchen was wonderful, cosy lounge, big bathroom and bedrooms. Surprised at the private courtyard at the back. Didn't want to come home.

Absolutely gorgeous cottage on A171 in Scalby - a really lovely village with great, popular places to eat. We left the car parked outside and used Boro taxi's (great service) for convenience into s'bro & open air theatre. We really enjoyed our stay, l wouldn't stay in s'bro again after staying here; approx 3/4 miles to seafront.

Lovely, spacious cottage, finished to a high standard, a haven to return to after a busy date out.

A matter of personal preference, but my wife found the master king-size bed too soft. The second bedroom double was better for her, so we swapped rooms with the children.

Lovely spacious comfy cottage. Beautiful village with amazing pubs especially the plough for a meal and nags head for a good pint in the sun. Topped off with the most thoughtful welcome treats from the owner.

Lovely cottage located in the old village of Scalby in the north of Scarborough. Ideal base for a long weekend within 5 minutes walk of 2 great pubs and a wonderful cafe. Facilities were great and the owner had a welcome pack ready for us. We will definitely love to stay again.

Scably cottage is fantastic, myself and my family have stayed there about 4 times now and love every minute .it is so clean and the beds are so comfy and is set in a lovely little village, and Debbie the owner is lovely and Couldn’t be more helpful . Will be going back again next year and can’t 👍💞💞💞💞💞💞💞

Beautiful small detached cottage. Spotlessly clean and well presented. Lots of lovely touches. This a real gem of a property. Well positioned for Scarborough and Whitby. Scalby is a lovely village with some good restaurants and walks on the doorstep.
