NIC MI SIĘ NIE SPODOBAŁO ponieważ po 650 kilometrach przejechanych z rodzin (w tym dzieci) w nocy okazało się ze klucza do zarezerwowanego i opłaconego już wcześniej pokoju nie ma w skrytce co oznacza ze zostaliśmy o 1:30 bez żadnego noclegu!!!Nie muszę dodawać jakie było zdenerwowanie w sytuacji gdy misterny plan i rezerwację wszystkich kwater w drodze do miejsca docelowego już na pierwszym przystanku się zawaliło.

Po raz pierwszy zdarzyła mi się taka sytuacja (a rezerwuje na Bookingu bardzo dużo) ze potwierdzony wyjazd, z zawartą informacją o instrukcji odbioru kluczy, numeru pokoju i pietra okazuje się ZE NIE MA ŻADNEGO KLUCZA W SKRYTCE! Wielokrotne dzwonienie na numer kontaktowy pozostaje bez odbioru jak również na wysłane wiadomości nie ma żadnego odzewu. Cóz o 6: 40 rano otrzymuje wiadomość od Kukucinowa Apartaments ze "nie wie jak to się stało i przeprasza"...

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania - fotky zodpovedajú realite, je to krásny priestranný apartmán, parkovanie pri ruke, prevzatie kľúčov bez problémov, výborná poloha, nemáme čo vytknúť, ubytujeme sa znovu ak budeme potrebovať..

Było bardzo czysto, obiekt duży i wygodny.

Nie spaliśmy całą noc. Teraz jest 5 rano a sąsiedzi na górze nadal są bardzo głośni. Nawet tak niska cena nie jest warta takiego zmęczenia.

There was no dust

The freezer of the refrigerator was full of products and dirty, and so much ice! You had no place to put anything. The freezer door falls into your hand, was broken. The stove was stained, this wouldn't have been a problem if I had clean dishes! I found a dirty pan in the oven. The door from the bathroom was broken. No air conditioner working. It was so cold! We have our daughter sick! We went in Bratislava for a treatment and we got cold! The rooms weren't like in the picture! There were no sofas! We paid for an apartment and we received something else! I booked the apartament based on the reviews and pictures! I do not recommend at all! It was sp difficult to heat the girl's food. About cooking... no chance! In description says so much things that are not truth! Not for this apartment! I really wanted to ask my money back! I had to go with my daughter at the treatment and this is why I didn't left. Shame on them!

Everything. It was amazingly clean, had all the necessary equipment to clean, wash, cook, etc. A bit afar from the city, but since Bratislava is rather small, you can get there in a flash. Well connected. Amazing staff.

Top Wohnung! Waschmaschine, Smart TV, gute Kissen, klasse!

Very comfortable and spacious, lovely apartment.

Bit out from the centre of Bratislava, but the public transport is pretty good.
