The host (Mirko) greeted me with a big warm beaming smile at Tivat airport for the pickup transfer (organised beforehand). Super friendly and even gave me a lift to the bus station as it was raining on checkout. The hosts also live next door & happy to help with anything. Communication via booking.com app was prompt & responsive. Location was excellent. It’s not right inside old town with all the tourists & church bells ringing every hour. Instead it’s about 5 min walk to old town, great view of bay & mountains, close to boat tour meeting points (for blue cave/lady of rock/perast etc tours), small supermarket & great bbq steakhouse (called BBQ Tanjga) nearby. All walking distance. Apartments with amazing water views (see photos below) do face a car park that can get busy. However my apartment was in a small laneway behind which was quiet Although compact, the room is clean & has all the essentials including kettle, mini fridge, luggage rack, hairdryer, good wifi. Shower was a big size with decent water pressure & hot water. Thank you! Kotor is a beautiful city to visit

Perhaps provide box of tissues for guests? Not sure if it’s a European thing as quite a few accomodation places I recently stayed in also don’t provide tissues (option is to use toilet paper!)

The location is perfect, really close to the old town and local amenities are right nearby. The owners are lovely and are really accommodating, I would def stay here again.

Mirko was an exceptional host, the best we’ve had. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. He offered his advice on buses/taxi/beaches/restaurants etc. He gave us extra towels for the beach and his umbrella when it rained. The property itself was very nice. It was in an amazing location (the parking lay-by outside could get bright at night time being near the restaurant). Comfy bed with AC which was a godsend. 10/10.

The location of the apartment is amazing, very close to one of the gates of the city, close to supermarkets and also the bus station, but what really made it for me was the fact that the apartment is close to a small private harbour/pier and we could go for morning swims e everyday before starting the day

my room was somewhat small but that’s not really a major problem, we went there for the weekend and it was fine.

Great location, it's next to the harbor and very close to the old town, bus station, a big supermarket and restaurants! Mirko is a great host, he and his brother are very hospitable people! he gave me some useful tips during my stay in Kotor, and even drove me to the bus station on the last day since it's raining outside!

Even better than the pictures. Its a 2 mins walk from Old Town Gates and the harbour is right infront. Easy to locate and perfect for 2 people or solo travellers. Mirko and Danny are great hosts and will make sure you are taken care of.

Location is perfect, so close to old city and bus terminal. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Room was perfectly decorated and facilitated. Personal garden was perfect for morning and evening rests. Mirko and Dany were perfect hosts, they have arranged me a perfect boat trip and a reliable taxi. Totally recommended.

The location is really great, you don’t even have to walk for 15 minutes to the nearest beach because you literally have a pier right in front of your room where you can swim. Store & Bus station is also pretty near, like 3-5 minutes of walking. At night it was calm, no noises at all from the street. Huge thanks to Mirko & Dany, they were so kind and always ready to answer my questions :)

The location is perfect, just a 5 min walk to the old town (1 min walk to a supermarket and a great bbq place). The view is incredible and very calming. The apartment is very tidy and equipped with everything you need. Mirko and Daniela were very helpful. They had excellent restaurant recommendations and were there when we needed them. They even borrowed their parasol for free since our broke on the second day. I will highly reccomend Qualitas apartments and I am looking forward to staying there again next year.

It would be unfair if I give anything less than a perfect 10 for this lovely apartment hosted by a lovely couple in the most amazing location! Set right on the Harbour in the Bay of Kotor, few steps away from the Old town gate, Supermarket etc, one can enjoy the beautiful views all the time. Apartment is very clean, well furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. Mirko is a wonderful host who took care of every aspect of our stay there! From ensuring that we get parking for our car (otherwise a nightmare), to giving the best tips and recommendations about sightseeing, restaurants etc. it couldn't have been any better. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped! The location was perfect, just a couple of minutes walk to old town! Finally, Mirko was so helpful throughout, ensuring parking was available whenever possible and going above and beyond for any requests I had!

Looks out onto the car park which can limit privacy when opening blinds. But the marina is also there which makes up for it!

Mirko & Dany where amazing hosts, extremely friendly and were always willing to help. When it was time to leave Mirka ordered a taxi for us. He also ordered a boat tour which picked us up almost outside our door. The property was clean and comfortable. We were very central to everything. We could not have asked for more.
