The villa is beautifully presented, about 20min walk from a supermarket and a 25min walk down the beachfront into Costa Teguise. The owner Sam was very helpful and always on the other end of the phone if we needed anything. When we arrived the fridge had beer, cool water, wine and a box of chocolates. We had 2 babies and he had set up 2 lovely cots with bedding (not the usual travel cots) and left nappies. These extra touches were so lovely. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of shower/pool towels, kitchen was fully equipped and pool was lovey. Would definitely recommend and return.

pool was excellent property was spotless the three bedrooms were so cosy,attention to detail from facilities to ice cream in fridge for baby to wine in fridge and stocked beverages and water everything you could want was on hand ,

may need taxi or car to get around but taxi so cheap ,wasn’t an issue , it’s perfect .

Could do with an extra couple of sun beds or the extra large bean bags that they had before! Sam the host, & his wife are so lovely & very helpful.

On arrival the fridge had lots of drinks , pop,water,wine , . There were also snacks and tea,coffee, sugar.. We travelled with an infant and there was cot,highchair and even nappys available. When we looked in the garage there were lots of toys and inflatables for the pool. We foolishly locked ourselves out and got let back in in under 2 hours.

I would recommend hiring a car, the supermarket is half a mile. We like walking but you probably need a car.

The house is spacious and the interior is modern. You have large bedrooms and a wonderful outside area to relax and enjoy the sun. The pool is big enough to swim a little bit and it was heated. Sam, the host, is really nice. The communication was easy and he responds quickly and helps out immediately. Thank you for this perfect start to our journey!

lovely light and airy villa, very clean, pool is heated, the beds very comfy, everything at your fingertips. The outdoor space is great. Just a 20 min walk to the centre. The owner is very responsive, gave us some great tips of where to eat for a birthday celebration. lovely little touches of chocolates/wine/soft drinks on our arrival.

Property is absolutely immaculate. Ideal location for us as we are avid runners, great sea views along the coastal path to Costa Teguise. Pool area very well laid out with fabulous outdoor furniture. Kitchen, cupboards, utensils, spotlessly clean. Fridge contained welcome treats including a bottle of chilled Cava and bottles of water, which was a really nice touch! Bedrooms spacious and very tastefully decorated. Bed extremely comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space. Parking available at the property. Located in a very quiet area amongst other beautifully kept villas. Sam, our host kept in touch to ensure everything was in order and that we had settled in. This made us feel extremely welcome!

Everything was perfect! Thanks to Sam and Karen for making this stay so wonderful and feeling us like being at home. Despite the COVID regulations we had a wonderful getaway and the private pool was perfect as we had to wear our masks everywhere else outside the villa. The whole house was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. The "cherry on top" were those amazing surprises for my birthday which was during the stay. I couldn´t have been happier :)

Only the internet coverage was poor - video calls definitely not possible. Had planned to do Zoom meetings, but this didn´t work out. But you are probably on holidays when you are here, so nothing too bad ;)

The villa was great. 3 great sized rooms (only used 2) that were comfortable and clean. Facilities were excellent. The host accommodated our early arrival and was on hand to cover any issues A little welcome pack was also a nice touch from the host. The villa is located approx 20 mins walk from playa Bastian where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. A further 10 minutes and you reached the main town. The promenade runs right from the villa into town and is a lovely walk. The pool and grounds are well kept and the pool was kept warm with a cover. We had a great time!

The only issue we had was the WiFi sometimes didn’t work upstairs.
