Very friendly staff, especially the 2 receptionists, they were both lovely and always super-helpful! Nice, clean apartment with a communal pool. Comfy bed, amazing shower.

Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options, especially the savoury ones. However, dinner wasn't as great in terms of quality. We wouldn't book it next time.

The apartment complex is lovely. The whole complex is very clean and tidy. Beautiful apartment with every thing in the apartment spotless. The bed and pillows are wonderful.

The only one thing was the evening dining, although the food is fine and very well presented, it is quite a small room with just one man working very hard, but rather a lot for him to do alone. if we returned would only be on and b and b basis.

it was a good size ,great balcony with sun bed ,spotlessly clean lots of little extra touches like the complementary bottle of wine in the room ,dishwasher tablets,soap powder, soap and shower gel in the bathroom we’ve been to lots of apartments where there’s nothing in them ,the breakfast was fantastic

only one very small point we were half board the food was lovely but sometimes only lukewarm

Had room 101which was on the 1t floor and was just as in the photos on the site. Great to have a washing machine in the apartment, the king size bed was very comfy, lots of hangers in the wardrobe, free safe, free wi-fi, washing up liquid etc provided along with as bottle of wine in the room on arrival. Unfortunately we don't li ke red wine but it was a nice touch. The bus stop was within a couple of minutes walk from the apartments along with a supermarket just outside there apartments entrance. In an ideal location for bars, restaurants and not far to the beaches.

The door to our apartment jammed a little so we always had to forcefully slam it closed. We heard other doors being closed in the same manner. Whether this was anything to do with the issues we had .. but we returned one day after being out all day to find the apartment door open which I reported to reception & they said would check who cleaned our room that day & have a word with them. The following day we saw the cleaner who apologised & I thought that was the end of it. However 2 days later we returned & the door open again so this was also reported to reception. At this point, I was concerned about safety & that someone could access our apartment/safe. Twice was bad enough but it then happened a third time! I know for a fact we had fully closed the door on 2 of the days & the other time the cleaner had been let into our room by us just as we were about to go out. After the 3rd time, we were woken up during the night by the door rattling so badly that we resorted to shoving spoon handles into the gaps running down the side of the door. On closer inspection the following morning, it appeared that someone had been & shaved a bit off the door. The cleaning was a bit hit and miss - sometimes it was cleaned thoroughly, other times just the bed was made & toilet rolls replaced. The bathroom floor hadn't see a mop in a long time as the floor tiles were very grubby except for the tiles around the very edges of the floor where no-one would have walked. Also, when we arrived there was a pile of dirty mess which had been swept into the corner of the balcony which was still there the day we checked out. Despite making sure that what little food we had was either stored in the fridge or in sealed bags on the work top, every single morning there were lots of ants on the kitchen worktop coming from under the edges of the sink and hob. Ants also appeared in the bathroom from time to time.

Fantastic location in centre close to restaurants and shops.

Fairly expensive but well worth the expenditure

We went for super king bed and it was very comfortable no complaints. It was chilly in the evenings but we soon warmed up and used heating in the apartment. Great to have washing machine but do take washing capsules.

Minor issue only 2 small sachets of shower gel & these were not replaced when used. I expect if I had gone to reception I could have requested more. Dishwasher tablets were filled up daily.

The place was excellent, close all tge shops and restaurants

Apartment was very modern and exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfy and pillows. Great shower. Lovely balcony. Air con unit was fantastic as could be used as heater in the evenings. 2 heated pools. Great location. Staff very friendly

Breakfast wasn't great short staffed snotty eggs but chaotic. Food not hot.
