There is not a single thing to be liked at this property .owner of this property is disgusting ...

1.checkout time was 10am but i had requested the owner if my work will finish i will checkout nd if not then i will extend the stay ..my work finishes at 3pm nd i done checkout .they charge me full 2 day tariff ..they dont respect customers request nd their behaviours are like gunda mawali ..not safe for family . 2. I had told for the water to serve ..they are serving 6 rs water local brand nd charging 20 rs each for bottle .. 3.we have booked for 5 members .they are not providing towels also ..after requesting . 4.complimentry things like bath soap ,hand wash ,slippers are also not in their service ....i dont understand why they are running hotel business then .nd just looting customers .. 5.when i arrived it was raining ..they dont have even umbrella to serve customers on demand . 6.charge me for 2 days tarrifs i have check in 6 pm eveng nd check out 3pm next day still they charge me more tariffs ..nd i have booked for ac rooms but they denied nd make my booking as non ac .. 7.After check out i have to pay the amount of 2200 rs extra without staying also and they dont even provide me a Bill for that ...i asked for bill then they are telling extra 18% Gst will be charged ...on the 2 days tariif ...Disgusting attitude of staff nd owner . 8.i would suggest money doesnt matter but customer satisfaction matters a lot they are just looting customers nd not even asking for sitting in reception area ..rather they are smoking weeds their ..not good for family customers .... 9.Bad experience ...i would rate in -10 out of 10

Facilities like lift are not available Geyser electric connection was disabled intentionally and then charged me extra ₹200 just for switching on the geyser for hardly 30 mins....which is too costly.

The location was good but the price had veriation...it was 1250 at the time of online booking but at the time of checking it was increased to 1600 .....it was not true to its online fair ....I had to pay it as I had no option at the moment.... I was not satisfied with the price change ....hope for proper data to be served by booking.com
