Best balcony ever. Such a great apartment. Perfect for four of us. Loved it.

Very lovely place, with a lot of space and very clean and tidy. it’s around 40 minutes walking from the main things in the city!

the washer is in a room where you can pay to wash and dry , but we weren’t able to use it because at night it was closed and the next day it was in use in the hours we told we could use it.

Super ; everyone. Ljubljana is beautiful. Nice people, city. I really liked it. I would like to rest here on my next business trip.

Spacious apartment finished to a very high standard in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Excellent owners who live on site and were very helpful and friendly.

In need of a few small repairs to bring the standard back up to luxury. Lacked some finishing touches like decent towels, tea bags, an airer, which would have made the apartment 5 stars.

Very modern, spacious villa on a quiet street in the suburbs of Ljubljana. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Very large bright living room with modern open kitchen design. Three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Two modern bathrooms. Parking space right in front of the villa. Very friendly and responsive hosts (Gregor and his wife) making sure that all you needs are met. Highly recommended.

We stayed on the top floor with the big terrace. It is spatious and light, very modern and stylish. There is free parking and shops & pharmacies nearby as well as a runnig/walking/cyclibg trail. Also, the highway exit is very close. The neighbourhood is quiet, and you hear birds chirping all day long. A crib was provided for our baby while there was a special lighting (creating a starry sky) for our toddler. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The mattresses in one of the bedrooms was too soft for our preference (while the other was just right) and could use a storrage unit of some sort.

The flat is really great and well equipped. The location is a bit remote from the center but feasible by foot (about 45 mn). There is a really good italian restaurant in 5 mn by walking. The zoo is also very close by walking, about 10 mn. Wifi works well and Netflix is available for the ones who are fans of watching TV! A place of parking is available and included. Gregor the owner is available if necessary. Bikes can be rented.

It would be good to have a kitchen towel. The kitchen hood did not work ( we were not able to start it). But this was not an issue. Payment only by cash ( so you have to think about it).

Apartment is comfortable for family and not so far from the city center, best if you travel by car. We stayed there for one night only , but it was a good rest. Beds are comfortable and the street was very quiet.

There were lots of minor things which , if removed, could make apartment more comfortable : - window glass to the balcony was cracked and it really bothered me as I was always afraid about my kid’s safety - coffee machine didn’t work , although it was there - we wanted to make omelet for breakfast, but only pan suitable for this was not for induction stove (not a big deal thought , we found a way) - other then that it is a good place

A hidden-gem on the outskirts of Ljubljana, great for people that like to walk/hike a lot. Easy access and space to park your car. Very friendly and helpful owner. Beautiful, modern and spacious rooms, lovely garden. Highly reccommend!

The apartment was modern

‏The staff with us was so bad we asked about something and we didn't get it and with that his response was bad There are shortcomings in our needs such as toilet paper and towels

the only disadvantage was that it is not in walking distance from the city centre. still, parking in lubiana is very easy, free on sundays jn most parking places.

Everything was so nice and clean. Also free Netflix available. Location was also nice.

The flat was underground, but honestly it is so brand new, fully equipped and nice that being underground is ok if you stay for a short term.

A comfortable high-tech apartment with everything you may need - a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, an air conditioning and even Netflix. The place is easy to reach from the highway and dispose several parking places. We can only highly recommend the place for staying when traveling to Ljubljana.

AC was not AC, just an air con fan thing only in 1 room. Quite a long walk from the centre. Basement room obviously no windows
