The location was good for what we needed, and we found a really lovely restaurant around the corner! It was 2 mins walk to a lovely park with kids play area, and local market.

We had problems entering the apartment block as the host didn't give us the complete code for entry. The apartment code was also wrong, which we tried numerous times and couldn´t enter. The code pad also ran out of battery so didn't work. And we tried to contact the host, who did not answer for a very long time. It was in the early hours of the morning! When we finally entered we could not get the sofa bed to open properly and discovered the next day that it was faulty.

La casa era in perfette condizioni tutto come scritto nell'annuncio, pulita con tanti confort perfetta veramente addirittura ho trovato anche l'asciugatrice che nell'annuncio non cera quindi anche di più di quello che 'era scritto.

L'unica grandissima pecca,ma veramente grande che non essendoci una reception non si riusciva a comunicare con nessuno ma nessuno proprio e questo ha fatto scendere tutte le qualità della struttura. Appena arrivati in sede siamo entrati nel condominio grazie ad un codice ma non riuscivamo a trovare la porta indicata dalla struttura precedentemente comunicata per via email ( anche perché il numero della porta indicato era errato e siamo stati più di 2 ore a cercare la porta che non si trovava (perché non avevano saputo dare neanche le indicazioni corrette che la stanza era dietro ad un'ascensore e quindi non visibile a chi arriva in struttura) MA QUANDO HO PROVATO A COMUNICARE CON LORO IO NON SONO RIUSCITA IN NESSUNA MANIERA AD AVERE ASSISTENZA E QUESTO è FUORI DISCUSSIONE NON è ARRIVATO TEMPESTIVAMENTE NESSUNO A DARCI ASSISTENZA(COSA CHE SE FOSSE STATO IN ITALIA NON SAREBBE MAI SUCCESSO) CAPISCO CHE NON SANNO LA LINGUA MA SI DOVEBBERO AGGIORNARE COME CERCHIAMO DI FARE QUI IN ITALIA PER DARE IL MASSIMO SERVIZIO COSA CHE MI DISPIACE NON è ACCADUTO. Un'altra cosa poco piacevole e che non ho gradito è stato il deposito cauzionale che ho dovuto pagare per forza con la carta di credito altrimenti annullavano la prenotazione e perdevo tutti i soldi dati. Per non parlare poi poco carini quando ho mandato il certificato medico per il quale dovevo pernottare in Spagna dove c'era scritto a lettere cubitali che non potevo più fare la visita e non mi hanno rimborsato costringendomi,per non perdere i soldi della prenotazione a venire lo stesso, non solo pagavo pure la PENALE... ASSURDO(davvero poco carini) quindi ho dovuto fare lo stesso questo viaggio ma essendo un viaggio di salute ho fatto un pernottamento senza senso. e mi aspettavo almeno un rimborso o un qualche sconticino. Insomma una vera vergogna, non lo consiglierei a nessuno o perlomeno solo per le qualità la pulizia i confort della struttura per il resto 0.

Une galère pour entrer trouver et entrer dans l’appartement. Service téléphonique médiocre, hôtesse aréactive. Ayant envoyer photos et vidéo de la porte de l’immeuble elle nous a fait tapé 4 codes différents et attendre une bonne heure avant de nous dire que nous n’étions pas au bon endroit. Appartement très petit. Porte anciennement forcée, non réparée, colmatée mais toujours avec un trou au niveau de la serrure donc on entends tous les bruits provenant de l’escalier ainsi que les odeurs de cuisine etc.. Canapé-lit rempli de trous faits à la cigarette (au niveau du « matelas » lorsqu’on le déplie en lit) Traces de brûlures de cigarettes sur quelques murs, portes. Parfum d’ambiance odeur WC Au moins un échantillon de lessive aurait été apprécié pour la machine à laver. Hotte non fonctionnelle. Isolement 0, on entends tout. De tous les côtés. J’espère que vous aimez la proximité avec les voisins. Wifi fonctionnel 1 fois sur 2

To be honest nothing, the tv didn’t work, one of the bed in the bedrooms did make a lot of noises and we couldn’t sleep, the toilet didn’t have any lock and we couldn’t lock the door very disturbing! The door to the apartment didn’t open up in the first place when you type in the code I needed to write it like minimum 5 time to unlock it, it didn’t have any detergent fot the cloths and the elevator only worked to the 3rd floor and we lived in the 4th floor! The neighbors did make a-lot of noises after 1 am and we could hear everything! I wasn’t as happy as my visit in olala urban home! Olala urban has everything and I was as happy as I could be as a tourist but in vibe everything went down! Sorry but that’s the truth! Hope you could read this and make something’s better at that apartment
