ACOMODAÇÃO E LOCALIZAÇÃO MUITO BOA

Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufnähe. Dazu war die Einrichtung perfekt für 5 Personen.

the appartment was very dirty, I told the manger on arrival that the appartment had a bad smell and the beds smelt bad myself and my sons caught a severe case of bed bugs sleeping in the beds. I believe that the mattress were very very old. we came home stressed and full of bites all over with a severe itching and as a result rash all over that caused severe discomfort on our 26 hour flight home to Australia. we were given 1 bath towel per person for our 6 night stay, and were told we have to pay for extra clean towels and bed linen. only a wire rack to dry washed clothes. lounges and pillows smelt bad ( dirty) no clothes dryer. 2 toilets only 1 in working condition. a hair dryer that was 30 years old and didn’t even work. heating during the night was so hot we all sweat through the night,and had to open door to let room cool down and it was 2 degrees outside. so much noise out side road truck cleaners and garbage trucks collecting Rubish till 2.00am I’m so disgusted I would like a full refund. it ruined our holiday.!!!!! I’m not happy it was false advertising

El departamento era muy amplio, limpio. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasarla bien.

Roomy and spacious. Great location. Super helpful host.

The apartment was a little warm (our stay was in Nov so the weather was quite chilly) but as the heating is controlled centrally by the building we couldn’t reduce it. Not a huge issue and it meant our washing dried super fast. And certainly preferable than being too cold.

Location was super, very central. The property is furnished lovely and the courtyard area is beautiful. I loved the fact we had use of the kitchen , with tea, coffee , sugar, salt, pepper , herbs and all cleaning products.Beds were comfortable too.

As it’s so central , it was very noisy at nighttime especially on a Saturday night as the weather was warm, so windows were open. The plugs in the kitchen were a bit tricky for us to use , I’m sure that was user error though .

Location was excellent for all Milan attractions.

Poor overall upkeep of facilities. A/C did not work, one flat pillow per guest, bedding had some stains, cooking equipment very well-used (Teflon flaking), missing kitchen utensils for cooking. Design of upstairs bedroom has max ceiling height of 2m (6ft)
