Honestly everything was amazing. The staff are so kind and helpful. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The location is just perfect. We stayed for 4 days, could have stayed much longer!

This was our favourite hotel of our whole trip through Indonesia. The staff is amazing, so kind and helpful. They made us feel right at home. Bagus makes the best coffees in town, you definitely need to try his coffee! The breakfast is honestly delicious! Also enough vegan options. The location was super central, within minutes you'll arrive at the busy street filled with restaurants. The beach is also very close. Very easy to rent a bike at the hotel, this was our way of traveling around.

The shed/roof above the outdoor shower was a little too short for when it's raining.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel RASCALS war absolut spitze und hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Qualität der Unterbringung war erstklassig, und ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war einfach unglaublich, was bei solch hochwertigen Angeboten selten der Fall ist. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, kompetent und immer bereit, bei jeglichen Anliegen zu helfen, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen des Hotels verdient besondere Erwähnung; von den Zimmern bis zu den öffentlichen Bereichen war alles tadellos gepflegt.Die Hotelanlage selbst war ein wahr gewordener Traum. Der Poolbereich war besonders hervorzuheben, nicht nur wegen seiner Schönheit und perfekten Wartung, sondern auch weil stets genügend Liegen für alle Gäste zur Verfügung standen. Insgesamt bot das Hotel eine Oase der Entspannung und des Luxus, die ich jedem empfehlen würde, der nach einer erstklassigen Unterkunft sucht.

Mir ging es leider nicht während der Zeit nicht so gut (vmtl. Lebensmittelvergiftung) und ich war sehr froh zu dieser an diesem Ort gewesen zu sein. Super nettes Personal, es wurde auf alle Extrawünsche eingegangen, toller Pool, sehr sauber, rollervermietung direkt vor Ort und super Frühstück! (Mein Freund konnte zum Glück die Dinge genießen)

booking上随便找的，看图片感觉饭好吃，价格又合理就订了，面积不小两个泳池，休息区又多又舒适，有躺椅有床有沙发。 房间一尘不染！家具是精工度假风，每件都想买回国，功能和摆放也十分合理！床上用品是我睡过最舒服的，小靠枕和盖床的窄布不含糊，干净的编织风，房间饮水很充足两大瓶。洗手台干干净净，洗澡水特别好，浴室镜子还有防水雾功能，挂钩很多很方便。 住客几乎全是白人很安静，数字游民、冲浪者各干各的，观察了一下大家都脱鞋进屋。 餐厅主打西餐和印尼饭，咖啡不错，扫码点餐，选择多样。服务员有个小哥会一点中文。 酒店可以租摩托、包车。

Geweldige sfeer, service en accommodatie. Het eten en de grote bar zijn fantastisch. `ook beiden zwembaden erg fijn. Genoeg leuke hoekjes om jezelf terug te trekken en lekker rustig een boek te lezen.

Niets viel tegen. Het biedt eigenlijk zoveel meer dan dat er staat beschreven.

Rascals was without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed across our South East Asia travels. The breakfast, and drinks were so good and the coffee was the best! All the staff were welcoming and lovely and the grounds, pools and rooms were very clean and well kept. We worked a little from our laptops and there was always somewhere comfy to sit across different areas of the hotel with lovely pools, good music and good WiFi. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay and for such a reasonable price. We stayed a week and could have stayed longer - thank you!

Nothing it was perfect all round!

We stayed at Rascals for 5 night and it has been a dream: - first of all the staff is so friendly and nice!! we loved to chat with them a lot - the room was nice and the open bathroom was amazing - the food was very good, at OK prices

only improvement could be a minibar in the room.

Everything was perfect! The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were the nicest we have seen in whole indonesia, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a 10/10 lot of choices and very good coffee. The food in general was very good and portion sizes were sufficient. The hotel has 2 pools which are quite big and never really too crowded, we spent the majority of our time at the pools. Location wise is the hotel close to many restaurants and it’s a 10 minute walk to the beach. 10/10 stay we will definitely come again

The entranceway could feel a bit more welcoming. Compared to the warmth and feel of the rest of the resort it felt long and uninspiring. Also hand towels in the bathrooms and a mini fridge in the room would be nice. Still loved it though

The staff was so so friendly! The breakfast was amazing likewise the room, pool and overall experience. Very nice accomodation! Will come back next time visiting Lombok.

Beautifully laid out property with plenty of space whether by the pool, eating or in your room. Exceptionally kind and engaging staff all guided by the owner Steve who is always at hand to engage and interact with guests. Definitely will return .

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und der Kaffee sind unschlagbar. Wir können es sehr empfehlen.

Für meinen empfindlichen Rücken, war die Matratze ein wenig zu hart. Sonst gab es rein gar nichts auszusetzen.

The rooms were so pretty and comfortable. The pool space was just esthetically gorgeous with ample seating and comfy spots to lounge at. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. And the staff, oh my goodness, the staff were so lovelyyyyyyy!!! They’re always smiling and kind and just a joy to be around

This resort is absolutely fantastic. The staff were very nice and the food is also lovely! They have 2 swimmingpools so enough place to chill and lay down.

Wát een heerlijk hotel is dit. Een waar paradijsje in het gezellige Kuta. Heerlijk eten en uitgebreide keuze bij het ontbijt! Personeel is zó ontzettend vriendelijk en zal er alles aan doen om je een onvergetelijk verblijf te bezorgen. Zowel de kamers als de overige faciliteiten zijn goed onderhouden en schoon. Mooiste plek van onze reis!!

The hotel was clean, in the center and the staff was excellent. Rooms were spacious and with all the comfort needed. The hotel had a spa in-house and we could book a massage during our stay.
