Perfect little condo that was very clean, host was great and no issues. That part of the beach is not overly crowded which is great. Building is closest to A1A so a little bit of a walk to get back to the beach.

Loved our time at the condo. We have stayed before and it was perfect. We love the location. We spent time at the beach, pool, and walked to a few restaurants. Overall it was a fun time.

Great location and good value for the amenities even though prices were inflated due to Easter vacation peak time. Would stay again if returning to Saint Augustine.

Overall, a very nice small 1 bedroom condo in a great condo complex on the very wide Butler Beach. Condo close to A1A, so a bit noisy, especially during bike Week. We very much enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I (with our fur baby) made a late decision to head to St. Augustine. We found this unit in the Ocean Village Club complex. We have rented there many times but never the one bedroom unit. Small but perfect for the 3 of us.

We were there 4 days. Liked the decor. It was comfortable. The pool was very nice. The owner was very nice and helpful. A few things need fixing but still was enjoyable

Was a good choice for the 3 days. Close to road very noisy Check in needs to be improved. The initial code did not work fortunately the person behind us assisted. Watched countless people have difficulty entering.

Property located on the noisy side of street. Balcony of street traffic as view. If you have any problems with climbing stairs not a good choice. Great place if you have pets. Pools were closed for construction and the beach was farther away than depicted in property descriptions. Issues with the water pressures and the stove and fridge were too big, the oven could not open past the door knob on the sink. Great place if you’re mid 30s and are in need of a place for the night. Owner very cooperative with helping with meeting our needs.

Great get away for us 45 minutes away from Ormond. Spent time fishing around the area, going in pool, and bar hopping in St. Augustine.

Perfect base for a great stay in St. Augustine
The little apartment is well appointed and very cute. The location is perfect for some time on the beach. We drove onto the beach from the nearby access point (need 4x4), and set up for a brilliant day there. While it’s a short drive into downtown St. Aug’s, it’s very easy and quick. Didn’t use the pool, but they look very nice, and we played a couple rounds of shuffleboard (and I won!).

Great condo
Great stay, a little further from the beach then expected but on the plus side we got lots of steps in walking there. From the description I did think it was beachfront, which the community is just not this condo. Overall it was great.

Good location for a quick or extended stay with a very short walk to the beach on the property’s private access. Great access to area amenities.

We loved this place, have everything we need it, very clean and inviting, it’s our first time at St. Augustine, we so glad to have chosen this condo. Dawn was awesome she very easy to contact, and she contact us when any information arise. Which we appreciated very much.. in the future we hope to stay at this unit again, Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo..

Pleasant and Clean
This place is quite nice. It is clean and comfortable and the beach is beautiful. The complex is well maintained. Only a couple small drawbacks. Building B is the furthest building from the beach. It takes 11 minutes to walk there so we drove our Jeep most days so we could carry our cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. it’s $10 to park on the beach but it was a good option. The view off the balcony faces A1A and there is some noise from traffic. I would stay here again.

The condo complex is at a good location
Great stay but didn't like being so close to A1A. The good news is the traffic was slower at night. Also would like a My Pillow mattress topper on the bed and new pillows :) Only one wine glass found but we didn't mind sharing. Other than that, nice place.

Super clean, 8 minute walk to beach
My wife is a clean freak and is very picky on the cleanliness of the places we stay. When we walked in she said is smelled like roses, and it did! That tells you the cleaning crew does its job well. Small apartment, but very comfortable. Only thing I can say is the bed needs a new mattress as it dips, but other than that, we had fun. Thanks.
