Great size and great location very clean

Unfortunately the lift was not working so 5 floors were difficult I did not see that it was advertised with no lift working. !, maybe needs pointing out more clearly on the booking and description page !

La decoracion y los grandes ventanales, aunque la luz artificial es muy escasa y en diciembre oscurece pronto. La cercania al centro historico.

El edificio está ubicado justo encima de una zona de bares de salir de noche. Imposible descansar por la noche, todos los dias tambien laborables, desde las 22:00 hasta las 7:00 cuadrillas gritando, peleando o cantando, y a las 7:00 comienza el ruido de las tiendas de al lado, y los camiones de la limpieza.. Ademas el ascensor no funciona desde hace meses, es un 5°piso, y la agencia hace como que ha avisado, aunque saben que no y te lo comentan de pasada en el momento de darte las llaves. De haber sido personas mayores o jovenes con carritos de bebe dificil la accesibilidad con tanta escalera. El telefonillo portero tampoco funciona, y otros detalles que no ayudaron, pero que no voy a detallar, porque no son lo peor aunque el conjunto hace que me haya sentido estafada. El problema real es lo desagradable de la estancia y lo ruinoso del edificio y la zona poco segura.. No repetiria ni con las deficiencias de la comunidad subsanadas.

Everything from location, facilities, comfort to the amazing team at homely. Second time I stayed at one of their apartments in town and will def stay again with them on my next visit.

Just to mention something the key lock it was a bit tricky to open the door

Almost everything. We was able to contact with stuff to check-in earlier then it's in official declared. Photos shows exactly what you may expect on place.

One of the bedrooms (with double bed) has thin walls or not soundproof windows. So it is very difficult to sleep. Also clubs under window do not helps with that. Some of pens do not works.

My husband and I love to travel and stayed at many hotels and few rental apartments. This apartment was one of top three lodging we ever had. We were met at the building with the management staff who gave the keys and tour of the apartment. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious clean and well equipped and decorated. And the view from the apartment was so good. The location was great, it was very close to all the attractions and also shopping and restaurants. There’s a big grocery store nearby. They even had a beach parasol. We loved the apartment and thought we might want to come back here again soon.

Everything was clean and like the pictures. Flat has a lift which is very nice because you're on the fifth flour. Everything you want/need is on walking distance.

Excellent location, spacious

Dining chairs require tightening to their bases as they seem insecure. Prices for next year have increased considerably.

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed to function normally during our 4 week stay: from pots and pans to blender, vacuum cleaner, washing machine and drying rack. The location is fantastic, very close to shops, restaurants and the beach is only short walk away. Our stay was very comfortable.

Noisy at nights...but that's the price one have to pay staying in the heart of Malaga old town.

The views and the size was good for 4 people. The location is PERFECT literally in the middle of everything. Everything you can think of is in walking distance.

The smaller single bed in the smaller room was a roll out bed- not a single bed which was quite uncomfortable.

This apartment is excellent! Clean, refreshing, and very comfortable. The pillows in our room were incredibly comfy. In every room, there is air conditioning and windows. Jose was the perfect host. I had a daily question and he replied immediately. He came to greet us and give us the keys by himself, also explained to us where parking is free and how to get there. The location is perfect for enjoying this historic city - one of the best. Couldn’t have been any better. Everything is literally a few minutes from you (beach, museum, castle, etc.) so most places are reachable by feet or by public transportation. Would love to come back again!

The apartment looks exactly like on the photos Very beautiful / very comfortable. Close to everything in the historical center of Malaga. We walked everywhere - to the beach, port, Malaga's sights. Jose was very nice, helpful and always available. We really enjoyed our trip in Malaga.

Very nice apartment on the 5th floor, great for 4-5 people. Kitchen, and shower is also very well equipped, flat is well located.

The beds were not so big and also must to use the sofa but it was acceptable for some nights. There are some bars on the front street but usually it is not so loud.

The location was great, walking distance to most attractions and great places to have tapas, beer and churros!. Supermarkets and transportation are around the corner!. Our family really enjoyed the area. The place was quiet enough to have good sleep even do we were in the city center in carnival season. The apartment was spacious and well organised internet fast and reliable, smart TV and coffee machine. The host was super helpful and waited for us even do we were arriving late. He explained us about the city and gave us some tips.

Lovely furnished apartment, with all the amenities you would need. The apartment owner Jose was very friendly, met as at the apartment, showed us around and gave us a map with all the information and was happy to answer any questions we had. The location of the apartment, was very central to all things, Port of Spain, beach, monuments, Picasso museum and cafes restaurants. Just a few yards away from a lovely courtyard and coffee shops.

The location is excellent. The apartment is well appoined, clean and the furniture is very comfortable. We will return when we return to visit!
