The accommodation was great, really great, close to the center, clean, modern accommodation in Mönchengladbach

Ok for a sleep.

No easy check in at our arrival. No answer on my call. A 3rd person helped. Specail thanks. - no cotton bed sheets. -Some cups were obviously dirty in the kitchen So we didnt use them. -No tv signal.

An accommodation in which you just feel good straight away. Hosts with their hearts in the right place, always helpful and service-oriented and very friendly. The fully equipped apartments from the kitchen with coffee pods and spices and mineral water to the bathroom with rain shower and toiletries, better than in the hotel, very well maintained and clean. In the courtyard is a super nice terrace with barbecue facilities. High-quality new beds also invite you to sleep longer, because the service is geared towards the guest. The flat screen with cable programs and free WiFi complete the offer. There is a very good infrastructure in the area. The public parking lot offers a lot of space and a bus stop is within walking distance. Bakeries, shops and restaurants with delicious food are also easily accessible if you don't feel like cooking. We are already looking forward to our next stay. And you would prefer not to move out at all. We recommend

Very central location with easy access to public transport & main roads, short walk into the town center. Good size desk for work space. Coffee machine included.

The kitchen didn't have much in terms of cooking utensils (eg. no chopping board). There was a strange odour in the room. Neighbours created excessive noise. Unrelated to our stay: a man was left waiting outside the accommodation as the host had not left his key in the lockbox allocated.

The Key was easy to collect except that the owner at the last decided to apply new rules not mention in the booking reservation which delayed the check in.

The owner made some rules about check in which delayed our check in and let us on the street for more than 45 minutes.

All near the Apartment. The City ist at thr Door.

It was a great location, right on the bus route and not far from the train station. There is a beautiful park opposite with a large pond giving a home to lots and lots of wild birds and other small mammals. There is also was very large church/monestry on the hill opposite dating back to the 900's. At that same level in the town is an open cobbold stone square with lots of bars and restaurants. The flat has nice airy rooms with plenty of light and electric shutters to give you total darkness at night. You can here the traffic outside but it's not bad at all. Nice and hot water in a powerful shower and a table in the kitchen diner. In all good value for the price and I would be happy to stay there again. Oh and it has a huuuuuge bed 🙂..

Normal TV channels did not seem to work and you had to pay for WiFi. A few pans in the kitchen need updating as well.

Location was good. WC was clean. Beds are soft and clean. Staff was kind.

I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The employees are very helpful. Excellent location, comfortable and clean room. The best hotel I've ever acommodated.
