The location is great. Mario is very helpful and looked after us. Breakfast provided was brilliant and the apartment is spacious

The shower facilities - there is only one proper shower and one bath with a handheld shower so for 7 of us that isn’t ideal

Great structure, well furnished but too many things were broken. Lighting poor because few lightbulbs andvwhen you see the height of the lights you can understand the reluctance to replace. But if you are a paying guest you expect better. Too many things broken, cutlery and cups dirty just not seriously cared for.

Very well situated in the center. The host is very helpfull and discreet. The place is as in the pictures, even more breath-taking in reallity. Thank you Mario!

It's good for friends and big family, but lack of intimicy ( open space for rooms). This was not a barrier for me, but maybe for couples it might be 😉

Amazing location, right in the Centro Storico. The apartment is huge. Mario was a fantastic host, very flexible with check in and out. He stocked the kitchen with a great breakfast and gave us loads of information on Naples.

Property was a great size and central to everything. Mario was helpful providing information about the area. Fridge was filled with cold meats, milk and juice. Plenty of rolls and bread for breakfast.

Property was in need of a good clean. New kettle and pots needed for the kitchen. Downstairs shower cubicle needs replacing as there were cracks in the tray.

The apartment was spacious, tastefully furnished, ample amenities, well located for sightseeing and getting to ferries and Mario was the perfect host in giving us lots of info and websites to explore this fabulous city.

Location was great, although hard to find at midnight and scary looking when you first see it! It would be better to get exact address from the start, easier for the taxi. The apartment was good, size was good, apartment was attractive inside and Mario helped us out by receiving our lost luggage. Mario sent some details Of places we could visit which was kind and the fridge had milk and water and we had a good coffee machine! The apartment is opposite a small fruit stall and the fresh peaches were delicious! Once you get your bearings you are next to amazing restaurants and bars and the unesco heritage area. We would stay in the same location if we came back.

The A/C wasn’t very good and was minimal, the shower wasn’t great but the most important part is that it was up so many stairs and it didn’t say that on booking.com, I have a bad back so this was tough with luggage! Breakfast isn’t a big deal in Naples but it was ok, we bought some cereal from one of the many local supermarkets and it fine. Overall it was very good.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the center. The apartment is spacious, open and disposes almost all modern conveniences. Mario, the host is there to help you out and answer every question.

The apartment is very nice and spatious! Mario is extremely kind and helpful, he allowed us to check in very early, he helped with finding a parking and he even booked a restaurant for us. Such a pleasant experience!

The apartment inside was very pretty..wifi worked

The front of the place is almost scary.. understand it's in the Historic District but there was no mention of the 5 flights of stairs we had to walk to the apartment.. extremely difficult. Nothing was said about these very difficult stairs. Host, Mario, was called and showed up with keys 45 min after we arrived (again,, no 24-hr desk). He showed us the appliances, etc. and said he would come back to take us to his restaurant and give us a free bottle of wine. The next day, we took him up on the offer and walked with him to the restaurant. He gave us each a glass of wine and charged us for the rest of the bottle. Then said he never said a bottle free, just a glass. There were 3 of us in the party and we all heard him say bottle. Anyway, we argued and paid for the food but not the wine. Put a pall on the experience. The jacuzzi tub was broken.. toilet seat broken.. tv didn't work until we called him to but in a smart card.. didn't explain the three garbage bins.
