L'appartement très bien situé à quelques minutes de choses à voir à Naples Très confortable avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin Tout pour se faire le petit dej (charcuterie fromage lait jus de fruits beurre confiture pain de mie et croissants) La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Mimmo pour rendre service donner de bonnes adresses et réserver les taxis

Beautifully arranged, large, well-appointed, lots of little touches to make you feel at home eg some food for breakfast in the fridge and toiletries in the bathrooms. The location could not be more central - we went everywhere by foot. There are dozens of coffees and restaurants within 5 minutes. The building is typical of Naples and you feel like you are in an Italian movie! Mimmo our host was super helpful and great at communicating.

The last set of steps to get to the top floor is quite steep and you need coins to operate the lift. But these were all made clear in advance and didn’t bother us. Sometimes it was a bit noisy in the evening.

The location is truly authentic for the city and you can reach all attractions by feet. The host is extremely friendly and helpful.

The apartment was beautiful with all the comforts of home.Our host was very helpful and the breakfast supplies were plentiful.The apartment was located in a very central part of town with a great view from the terrace.I would highly recommend a stay here.

We LOVED the apartment in Via Sapienza. It is a very comfortable and well equipped place to stay, a bit quirky in an old quarter of Naples and easy to get to the Metro and central station. we got a bit lost on arrival but our host found us and took us in. The apartment is on the 5th floor off an old courtyard and there is a lift. There is a little shop nearby for supplies and our host left us with breakfast, coffee, and everything we needed. We explored the medieval back streets and enjoyed the many pizzerias in that area which are amazing and excellent value. the apartment is clean and tidy and we felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is perfect for a stay in Naples. The communication from Mimmo was excellent and he was there to greet us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with great restaurants within walking distance, and a metro station less than 10 minutes walk away.

The breakfast food was very good - yogurts, milk, juice, butter cheese, salami, cereal, jam, bread, everything you could want. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed. The towels were very good. Views from windows pleasant - we could see the harbour in the distance! Mimmo met us with the keys and also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport on our homeward journey. He could not have been nicer or more efficient. He was wonderful.

Very comfortable apartment! Mimmo (who waited for us outside) has recently turned this place into a very convenient and absolutely clean apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (great!). The beds are very comfortable. Mimmo left a lot of breakfast items in the fridge (meat, cheese, sandwiches, eggs, butter, jam...) and booked a taxi for us to return to the airport. The location is more than perfect in the middle of centro storico. We can highly recommend this place!

The location was great, near the the historical center. The host was very helpful and the place was clea, very spacious and had everything you needed even for a long stay. We enjoyed a lot.

The apartment was lovely, quiet and well lit with good space for a family, well equipped and as described. We really appreciated the attention to detail and small touches, toys for the kids, toiletries in the bathrooms (2 full ones with showers!) and lots of food for breakfast and other cooking supplies. Mimmo was so nice and super helpful, met us for check in late at night and responded quickly to everything.

Note that the tiny elevator only goes to the 4th floor and then the last floor is a walk-up. It was a bit challenging with small kids and a stroller but was really fine and explained in advance. The kitchen is small but everything is there. No downsides really!

The apartment was a home away from home, very well located for everything. And way bigger than I expected. Mimmo was a great host, very helpful with taxis and allowing us to leave our bags till late in the day. The fridge was so well stocked 3 of us only got thru a small portion of it. I have stayed in Italy about 10 times and casa vacanze sapienza 29 is by far the best yet

Perfect Place to Stay in Napels!

Mimmo (the landlord) was extremely kind and the home (because it was a home for us, not only a house) was complete with everything necessary (food in the kitchen, toys for the kids, interesting books on Naples on the shelves). The view was fascinating: from Vesuvio to the gulf. Nights were quiet and days were pleasant since the building is located in "centro Storico" just a few minutes from Spaccanapoli.

The historical building has 5 floors (with a magnificent stair), and there is the lift (10c coins required) to climb the first 4 floors. Due to architectural biases, the top floor can be reached only by foot, but this is a problem only with luggage.

Nice place in historical center of Naples. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Hospitality!

Fantastic attention to detail, Mimmo our host was very accommodating and gave great advice on places to visit and see - will be returning in the near future
