Beautiful, rustic caban/chalet with good sized 5 bedrooms, 2 singles and the 3 rest double. 2 doubles having en-suite bathroom - altough. 1 bathroom was very small - but still a plus for that bedroom. On-site parking for up to 5 cars (4 if you don't want to block anyone inside). Or free parking available on the side of the road BBQ feature & utensils provided. Windows views on 3 sides of the house, 2 balconies. Huge kitchen fully equipped with everything you'd need to throw a great Christmas/New Year's Eve party (as long as host allows it). The host's daughter was awesome and allowed us for a very late check-in (past 22pm) which wins some points. But NOT for the actual host who greeted us at the location. Host having too many, unreasonable requests from the guests. Ok, I get it to leave it clean and try and minimize your trace, but from that to being too picky it's a fine line. We've got to sort and throw the bins outside (of course, to a designated area) ourselves. I agree with sorting the rubbish and leave it inside (in the correct bins), but when you ask me to take it outside too, for me that's too much. Not to mention that any damage would've ended in us being charged - that's fine - the problem with that comes with the way the info was delivered to us. Major repairs/improvements required to make it a cozy sleepover: Dirty & broken window blinds - glad we haven't been charged for them (took pictures minutes after the check-in just in case) Faulty bulbs in the kitchen Serious water leak above the kitchen - we've had to out a bowl under to catch tue water. Large hole in a tile in the middle of the kitchen - a danger for young kids, as we've had an 1 year old with us. Kitchen tv wasn't working. NO HEATING at all - there's no access to it. Regardless if it's +80°C outside or -20°C I want to set the room temperature the way I want, not the way the host wants. We had one of the night a bit chilly and we could've enjoyed with a bit warmth, but we couldn't find the heater/boiler/thingie. I'm guessing it was hidden behind the fridge as there's a clear room that's blocked by it.

The location was really good, within a walking distance (20 mins) to Krupowki and some other locations. The shop and nice restaurant was very close by. The chalet was looked after and clean, kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed there. The bedrooms downstairs were big and both had en-suite bathrooms. Plenty of parking space in front and behind the chalet. The host was very nice and she accommodated all our little requests.

The space upstairs was a bit cramped. The rooms had low ceilings so it was easy to bang your head but otherwise it wasn't a massive issue - probably better to not put tall people in the upstairs bedrooms :) The beds weren't the most comfy, again, probably not the best for tall people but was ok for the length of stay we had.
