Great place to rent - true to advertisement (actually even better); very responsive and helpful host; all necessities and more provided (even coffee capsules or milk in the fridge, among other things. And a bowl of fresh lemons from the garden - amazing!) Can only highly recommend!

Very enjoyable stay and Kelly could not have been more helpful. Property was spacious and comfortable. Does need a little maintenance.

Driveway really narrow and no good for larger cars, located at the back of another house. Septic smell throughout main bedroom & bathroom. Overall very nice place but expensive for what it is.

Location was handy, ac in lounge not working correctly, leaking shower doors, broken kitchen chair on arrival plus minor details needing attention. Quite adequately equipped for kitchen and laundry. Enjoyed our stay while there.

Enjoyable stay
We were very pleased with the property, modern and had all ammenities we required and was a decent size. The location was pretty good in relation to Freo centre and although we didn’t use it, the outdoor area would be a bonus in summer. Communication with the owners was easy and accurate. We would definitely book this property again and would recommend

Overall very good.
Driveway a bit narrow.
A small amount of maintenance is required, but did not effect our stay.
Remote for the Ac. was missing but luckily we did not need it.
Did not expect to strip the bed linen etc.
Well set up inside with plenty of space and everything was supplied.

Conveniently located Fremantle property
This property was conveniently located for transport into Fremantle and local shops.
It adequately provided accommodation for all of us.
However the property is looking a little tired and needs to be revitalised a little.
The assistance of the owners when needed was admirable.

The property was well equipped and in a great location in Fremantle. Brett and Kelly were lovely to deal with and very understanding. We would happily stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Very comfortable house, everything supplied.
We had a wonderful stay, house was immaculate, nice outdoor area but no views, driveway was very narrow, suitable only for small car, plenty of off street parking for bigger cars. Definitely would stay again, Brett was very accommodating and quick to reply to my emails and enquiries.

Well-appointed and great location.
A spacious and very well appointed property. We enjoyed having an inner courtyard as well as a rear courtyard with its wonderful lemon tree. A few minutes walk to the Wray Ave cafes and deli, and a very short drive to South Beach. Kelly was very prompt in responding to queries. Highly recommended.

A great house for any length of stay. All modern appliances throughout. Very well appointed with everything we needed plus a lot of extras. Very comfortable beds and lounge. Plenty of parking (free)on the street when required. Brett, Kelly and Lorraine were very helpful both before we arrived and whilst staying. Would definitely stay again.

Driveway is very narrow if you have a big car. We had to park elsewhere but as it was the weekend we had no problem parking out the front.

Overall very nice house to stay in, clean, everything included in house for a comfy stay. Beds comfortable & quiet area. Excellent Free Wifi. Couple of Klm's from Fremantle.
Owners very friendly. Parking a bit of a tight squeeze, but manageable, found the best way was to let passengers out first then reverse park. Would definitely stay again..

Beautiful 3 bed apartment hide-away with stunning kitchen. Just loved this place - it was perfect!

Freo stay
QuayStayz was a very convenient location for our 2 days in Fremantle (5 Adults). The unit is tucked away behind a small office, so was very quiet. Access to & negotiating the narrow driveway was a little tricky (our hire car was a Pajero Sport), but the owners do give you some tips on this. It’s a pretty easy walk to the wharf/seafront/market areas from here. The unit is modern, clean and had all we needed, including laundry facilities. Nice to see a lounge area big enough to seat all of us comfortably!

Quality Stay
Up from the country for a quick couple of nights. Perfect place, spacious and always lovely to be supplied with quality linen and towels. Comfy, inviting lounge. Big fridge and easy kitchen. Parking was not as convenient but still didn’t spoil our stay. Lovely little coffee places nearby too. Would stay again if need to be in Freo.
