Das Zimmer war groß. Man konnte waschen und die Wäsche trocknen.

Wir dürfen mit Tattoo das Onsen benutzen. Obwohl die das angeboten haben. Das Service war unfreundlich und Inkompetent. Wir haben in Zimmer, eine benutzten Tampon gefunden, wo durch das Bad nach Blut gerochen hat. Wir haben die Mitarbeiter informiert, und leider gab es fast keine Reaktion und sehr enttäuschen. Hier würde ich leider nicht nochmals übernachten. Wie sind sehr toleranten Menschen, aber das war leider nicht schön.

Nothing but Room Rate Price quite expensive ( cause Bank Credit Card JP¥ rate very high ). Better PAY AT Hotel ( Actual JP¥ rate ).

Everything was more than amazing, we booked a Japanese style double room; it was so nice and comfortable, beds are comfy and clean, the room has all the facilities one might need. Staff were wonderful; welcoming and smiling. Location is excellent; just beside Kiyomizudera temple and the renovated museum, there are plenty of supermarkets, souvenir stores, and drug stores. Subway station (Kiyomizu Gojo station) is just a 3 mins walk and Kyoto main station is just 20 mins walk.

Good sized-room. Soft-bed. Very good Japanese-style breakfast in the morning. Helpful staff. Overall, very worth-it for the price paid.

This hotel is very traditional Japanese style (except the futon is a very comfortable mattress, on a base, on the floor). We managed to get a room on the 6th floor, which was so special for our honeymoon. The room was complete with Tatami flooring, stunning views of the surrounding mountains, and included breakfast buffet each morning. We witnessed a beautiful red sunset on our first night, and we could see Kyoto tower all light up. It was so magical. I loved this room, I loved the hotel, and the staff were fantastic. We were close to the train station and had multiple bus stations. This hotel is only 20 minutes away from Gion by bus.

The hotel is located close to the Gion district. The staff were very polite and attentive to our needs. I was also surprised to see a wide selection of alcohol in the happy hour. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast buffet had a nice spread of traditional Japanese cuisine but had few western options. We think the cleanliness could also be improved a little bit more.
