Everything was good. Nice placement, near to city centre. Beautiful view with mountains from windows. Apartments was clean and well made.

In second bedroom, bed was kind of small for a grown up man. More like for children.

The location was perfect. Very clean and comfortable.

We selected the arrival time but had to wait half an hour for a member of staff to let us in. No hello or even sorry for keeping us waiting. Also would be nice to find the very basic in the kitchen i.e. tea, coffee, milk etc. as we arrived on Sunday after long journey and all the shops were closed. Did not feel very welcome 😕

Really amazing place close to the centre of Zakopane, so You can go there on foot. You are able to find some local stores, it helps especially if You are planning to cook food for the family. The apartment is wonderful. I've enjoyed it there. It is a double room apartment with the huge kitchen , separate bedrooms and the place where all the family could stay and arrange the next day holidays. It has a balcony, so we had an amazing sunny breakfast one day before going hiking. The ONLY minus is that You need to arrange picking up the keys before You come and the same action have to be done before your leaving. It was very annoying as we arranged leaving the apartments at 09:00 a.m., but the host didn't come, didn't call or informed us. I've called the host several times and finally we've arranged that we would leave the apartment. Though we were an hour late for our futher holidays arrangements.

Location. 15 minutes walk to Krupowki and the train to Gubalowka. Affordable. Very clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds.

Lack of lift and lack of AC. We had a top floor apartment.

Two spacious bathrooms

The size of the kitchen was very small The ceilings were making the main room and kitchen uncomfortable, we kept hitting our head on the walls. The pictures on the website were not accurate.

Exceptionally pretty and comfortable for the cheapest option I can get, was VERY VERY happy about it! The owner was really nice too :)

- Spacious feel, close to town - Good bathrooms - Nice bedding although sheets are a little too small - Good boot room / drying room - Good view of the mountains, although partially obstructed by adjacent buildings

- No effective blind in bedroom 2 - Limited kitchen facilities (no oven, no extractor fan, small fridge with no effective ice box) - 4 flights of stairs, no lift. - Visit was marred by very loud music from a flat 2 floors below. - Felt that hosts were unhelpful, didn't help to carry bags up the stairs (watched a 60+ year old man struggle up the stairs with two heavy suitcases) and also very abrupt communication regarding check-out.
