Nice environment and good look to the facility

It clean and beautiful there breakfast is nice

The rooms are so dirty, bathroom smels bad, towels are dirty, fridge smells, disaster. At breakfast was so dirty. I woul never stay again in this hotel.

Very noisy bar area outside that many rooms overlook. No soundproofing from windows. Despite multiple complaints guests were allowed to create lots of noisy into the early hours. Dangerous fitting to lift left for guests to injure themselves.

My second stay and I'm still very happy with everything. The first breakfast that exceeded my expectations with very friendly staff from the reception to the very nice and friendly breakfast people

One only very small complaint is that the bread was from yesterday and was a little hard, although there were several types of toasted bread so it was easy to find a replacement for it. Only bread lovers like me can slightly complain about that :o)

Perfect breakfast. Excellent variety and fabulously presented Everything that was needed was provided and all was exceptionally clean and tidy

We booked a premier double room. On arrival we were taken to a separate building with our cases in tow. Up steps then down to a basement floor in a lift. We were led into an apartment. We says that wasn’t what we booked and were told to go back to reception dragging our cases back again. The staff on reception did not speak good English and were not very pleasant. When we were finally allocated our room it was only set up fir one person and we had to request extra towels, cup, pillow, slippers etc. Our door locked but the handle came off in our hand at one point. The ac didn’t work and it was very hot. Shower was tiny and cracked with deposits of calcium or something all round it. The noise from the patio downstairs woke us in the early hours most nights. When the people in the next room closed their door the room shook. Very thin walls. Breakfast was a poor choice no tea cups only small coffee cups. Hotel ordered a taxi for us to Monza station. When we arrived back at Monza after a day at Como we could not get a taxi and we’re there for about an hour. We phoned the hotel to see if they could order a taxi to pick us up or give us a number. They said they couldn’t help us do that and we could get a bus. I was shocked. The staff were not pleasant. This is not a 4 star hotel and they were charging a lot for 4 nights over GP weekend.

Where do I begin, so many issues from start to finish.

The hotel overall is quite nice.

The bathroom was a bit dodgy. The shower wasnt closing properly, water would end up on the floor after bathroom. Not the cleanest thing on earth. But not too bad either. Maybe I was unlucky with the room. I'd say reasonable value for money nevertheless
