the room was beautiful, an incredible welcome from the manager who owns the hotel. The breakfast room is beautiful and I had a very good breakfast. The bathroom is very clean and the bedroom was perfect, I got a dressing gown. I thank the director for his kindness, he recommended me well. If I return to Aberdeen I will stay at his hotel. Extremely satisfied

Very dated decor, very old bedding and curtains from 1980's with awful net curtains. Really needs an upgrade, sorry. Worst of all, a spider ran over the sheets when I pulled back the covers. I couldn't feel comfortable after that and left as soon as I could in the morning. I didn't stay for breakfast, so can't comment there.

The room was great, with a comfy bed and very quiet the entirety of my stay. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, and always had time for a quick chat, absolutely lovely. Breakfast was great and plenty, absolutely no complaints.

Everything about my stay. Butlers Guest House there should be one in every city. On reading the reviews I chose Butlers. Very handy for the centre of Aberdeen. It was spotless and had everything you would need was there. I even left behind a pair of glasses, they sent me a text saying that I had left them and sent them on to me at my home address. would I go back ?yes

Couldn't fault Butler's Guest House. Great location and a very warm welcome. Great room facilities and a lovely continental breakfast served from 7 am. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Such a lovely guesthouse, with so much more charm than modern chain hotels. The owners were very friendly. They have run the pension for 25 years. It is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. My room at the attics was cozy and quiet and the bed was comfortable. Shared bathroom was not a problem. Besides, my room was provided with a sink and bathrobe. Also a kettle, tea and coffee. There were plenty of hangers, a large desk and an easy chair. Cozy breakfast room. Last but not least, I appreciated that my room was ready for a very early check in!

Beautiful building, lovely décor and furnishing. owners were really lovely, and very helpful with any questions the guests may have had, with local attractions etc. Very close to the station, and a lovely breakfast selection.
