Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good for the money.

There was a smell in one of the rooms (drains). Rooms were not close together. Need to have signage up in breakfast room as to which section is for which hotel. Some people making noise outside one of our rooms.

The 1st room we got given had an infestation of ants, but the man at reception was very polite and helpful and changed it with no questions. The 2nd room was better, but neither had air con so we bought a fan from local shop and the rest of the stay was adequate.

the staff stole my earrings and people were trying to break into my room and they did nothing about it and didn’t even refund my hotel . this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. save your time and go somewhere else

Started when we had no room even though booked weeks in advance, although strangely, even though the hotel blamed a glitch on Booking.com’s behalf, half of my booking had a room. Then they found a room with no WC or cold water. Room was filthy and actually had a mask under the bed. As we walked in a member of staff gave us three pillow cases to put on the pillows.

The price is cheap

Dirty room , hot , very old bathroom and small. The pin number from the email is not work on the gate I been try so many time still can't get in lucky someone help so I can get in

We were 5 and booked 2 rooms. They didn't put us in rooms next to each other (they did in the past). The biggest room had a funny bathroom unit (build in within the room, with a folding concertina door to close it) with two sinks, with a shower head as tap, and a shower. Once showering, the entire bathroom "unit" gets filled with water on the floor. Only an inch tall step stopped the water from flooding the entire room. After we had one shower, the entire bathroom was wet and two of my kids slipped when going to use the toilet (my daughter got hurt quite bad). There was also no light in the bathroom, so we had to leave the concertina door open to use it). There was also only 4 towels instead of 5, and they didn't refill the toilet paper after the first night (I went to the reception and they provided both). The reception is across the parking in the Kyriad hotel.

Employees do not respond to accommodation request messages. And they only speak French and little English. A little rude.
