We had the open studio on the ground floor with a view on the swimming pool. The room is very spacious and has anything you need. Each day the room was well cleaned and spotless. We really enjoyed the breakfast that was offered too. Angela who works at the front office and at the poolbar is an amazing host. She gave us great recommendations regarding places to visit on the island. Our flight back home was in the evening and we were super grateful that the check-out time could be flexible that day. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re looking for a place with warm Greek hospitality. Also the location of the hotel is perfect, it’s close to the beach and multiple taverna’s and shops. My mom and I had a great stay at Zakynthos partly because of our stay at Lazaros!

We mentioned that there were a couple of ants in the room, after mentioning this the hotel immediately treated the room and the next day no ants were to be found. It’s nice to see how fast the issue was solved.

Hosts are really friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is stunning,very modern and comfortable,probably the nicest we have stayed at in Zakynthos. Location central Tsilivi so perfect yet at the same time very quiet. Totally recommend Lazaros.

Angela is really kind host and available for any questions and to help out. The room did not correspond to what we booked but everything has been sort it out by Angela directly We were delighted by the accommodation proposed. Calm and freshly build. Exactly what we expected. Beds comfortable.

Breakfast needs to be improved. I will personally not recommend it. Pool was cold but it is expected in October.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice during our stay. The hotel is very convieniently located near the main street but still quiet.

I would change only one thing. The mattrasses. But it is a personal thing. My husband liked them.

Wifi connection was not so good The breakfast was the same every day, and there were no vegetables included; but at this price the breakfast worth the money

Location was great for our needs. Room was modern and clean.

Lack of mirrors in bedroom. The only mirror was I. The bathroom which wasn’t ideal when there are three people sharing.

We loved our stay. All the staff were so friendly throughout and nothing felt too much trouble. The breakfast was enjoyed by all of us (adults and kids). Pool area was great and everything was very clean in our room and it was a good size.

Our room was slightly dated but that’s because we requested separate spaces for us and the kids so we were fine with that. The road can be a touch noisy but it wasn’t ever enough to bother us too much.

Staff was very kind and helpful, the room and the bathroom were clean and tidy.

Wi-fi connection did not work well. Most of the times my devices didn’t even connect to the network; while those few times in which I managed to connect, internet connection was slow and unreliable. The doors of the shower did not close well, so that every time we had a shower, we flooded the bathroom floor.

the apartment is cleaned very good every day, but still be nice to have small cleaning stuff to clean the kitchen.

there are no beach towels. not practical at all when you go on vacation and there’s a pool at the beach side hotel and no beach towels. people do not travel with 5 towels for the beach. at the cost of the hotel it should be included.

Just 20 minutes from the airport and so ideal for a short break. Their friendly staff couldn’t do enough to help you to have a great stay. The best tzatziki and pitta’s on the island!!!

A little short on poolside sun beds on some occasions but this was not a big issue for us.

Rooms are not soundproof, I could hear the conversations from my neighbours. Also property is at the main street in Tsilivi, so in the evening you can hear all the cars, atv and bikes that are passing by.
