Clean and functional. Beds v comfy.

A little dated and tired. But the process reflected this.

The staff are really friendly and accommodating It's such great value being its so close to gatwick The rooms are a good size and had enough suite bathrooms.

Room was very hot.

I don't like the thing especially don't have breakfast.

It was in a quiet location. The ensuite had a proper shower and was of good quality. The staff were lovely and kind. We could leave our car there while we flew to Europe for a small fee every day and it was kept behind a locked gate. There was a restaurant there we could get dinner so we didn’t have to actually drive to get food.

The bed was just ok. Yes it’s a 3 star hotel as probably deserves this rating as it’s simple, basic, clean but dated and some things like carpet rather worn.

Great value parking and room not too expensive for what it was. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Room could do with some brightening up and a few door hooks in bathroom; quite basic but at the end of the day we needed somewhere to sleep close to Gatwick with parking.
