The hotel was very charming with elegant with great decor. The staff was kind and helpful.

Room was not cleaned on the second day (beds were made but sad was still on the floor and bathroom garbage full). No mini bar. We booked and paid for a superior room but had loud music every night until midnight. Restaurant menu was misleading: we chose small dishes and were shocked at the small portions. We would have appreciated if we were told that we had to order 2-3 of these per person to make it a full meal, instead of ordering ‘ribs’ and getting a 5 cm x 5 cm piece of meat sadly alone in plate!!! Overall, this is not the 4 star standing I am used to (in Europe and beyond)

For unknown and strange reasons the hotel is closed on Sundays. As check out time is 11am and my train wasn't leaving until 3pm I had nowhere to store my luggage. Weirdest hotel experience ever.

Nice established hotel. Very nice renovated by keeping some of the old things like glasdoors, staircase, marble floor.

Beautiful hotel located in the center near the coast, train station and the main shopping street (and my favorite Thai place). Rooms were quite big and beds were comfy. Facilities in the room was okay, but I. was missing a water cooker, a small fridge (or. minibar) coffee, tea etc. Bathroom was okay. bit outdated and I generally do not like showering in a bathtub. Water gets everywhere. Breakfast was great with traditional continental options.

This hotel has everything, location, history and grand style. it is comfortable with an updated decor and facilities. The breakfast buffet is exceptional and the staff are very accommodating.

The washroom could be cleaner as the shower glass was stain by water marks which appeared dirty at first glance. As per requested we were given a room with a shower bath combo. May I suggest to add some grab bars for safety.

Good location

We requested a double bed, and we got 2 single bed placed next to each other, and they kept moving a part Really lite choice for breakfast and the tables have metal legs that hurt when you touch them

Parking should be free Thechck in and out was very long, personnel having difficulty with basic concepts

Overall ambience and breakfast were really nice. Rooms a bit noisy and without aircon which would be helpful if you have to keep the windows closed for a quiet night.

Wonderful old hotel located right near the old town and the water. Room was a nice size. The staff was always friendly. The buffet breakfast was excellent. And Ystad was perfectly located for exploring the southern part of Skane.

I think we had the washing machines next door or above us and they were quite loud when we tried to go to sleep around midnight.

Both Sanna and Stephanie were both kind and helpful, despite some unexpected events.

Close to everything! Staff was very nice as we arrive after midnight but they were very happy to help.
