This is a comfortable apartment with breathtaking views of all that Banderas Bay has to offer. The decor draws the eyes here and there and on and on. Security is top notch. Building staff readily takes care of guest needs

Luxurious Condo!!
As soon as we opened the door to come in to this stupendous and modern condo on the 19th floor of tower 2, we couldn’t believe the breathtaking views on both sides of it as well as the condo itself; on the living area side the marvelous sea and in the rooms side, you can enjoy the city views, it has everything you need and more to feel as if you where staying at a 5 star hotel, every room has its own bathroom, very clean and neat decorated, very modern, you will not want to leave, better than the pictures, we really enjoyed our stay here and staff is really courteous and always willing to help you. Thank you Minda for letting us enjoy your beautiful “CASA BELLA” !!

Great condo in PV
This condo is great, very clean and everything is in working order. The owner is fantastic, she called as soon as we booked and offered up her favorite places to go. If you can rent this condo don’t hesitate, you will not be disappointed. The unit is right on the beach with a great pool. When we go back to PV we will look to rent this unit first.

Amazing condo!
Those views! All I can say is WOW! Sunrises on the front balcony and sunsets, the ocean, and the pool on the back. This was the best pool I have ever seen. I do wish there was a bar or pool service on site, though. Also wish they allowed music at the pool. This condo had everything you need and is located in a very prestigious part of town close to higher end shopping and restaurants. Communication with the owner, Minda, is perfect. We had a little miscommunication due to emails with Lilly, but resolved that quickly. Very comfortable. Traveled with my husband. 18 year old daughter, 13 year old son. 20 year old niece, and 78 year old mother in law. Was roomy enough for all of us. Very secure place which is good, although confusing at first as security did not speak English and were unable to tell us what they needed. While we were there we experienced an earthquake and being on the 19th floor was very scary as the building was actually swaying for a few minutes!! But there was no mention of this (we googled it) no follow up with any of the residents/guests. Be aware of the electricity you use as there are additional charges if you go over the allotted amount, but Minda makes you aware of that ahead of time. I would definitely recommend staying at the Peninsula Vallarta and especially in this beautiful Casa Bella unit!

Just as advertised. Awesome
Condo is awesome. Breathtaking view of the bay. Complex is very secure, clean and peaceful. Pool is great and was never crowded. Lilly (property manager) prepurchased groceries and we were able yo cook meals without issue. Knives could have been sharper but we made it work. Absolutely great rental and community that we look forward to visiting again.

Amazing views!
We can't say enough great things about our stay at Minda's condo. The views were breathtaking. And although the week we stayed was off-season, the weather was great! The infinity pool was amazing! We greatly appreciated the recommendations for the restaurants. All were a hit. The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff in the building were very friendly and very helpful with site seeing recommendations. This was definitely one of our best trips. You can't go wrong staying in this rental. Thank you Minda!

Beautiful condo
Beautiful, spacious, comfortable vacation spot. The rooms were even larger than I imagined in the photos. The highlight is the beautiful deck with fabulous views overlooking the water. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room with 3 couples. It was great to have a bathroom for each room. Beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom and bath are very spacious and comfortable. A+

Clean-Safe-Large-Modern near everything
PV Condo was Exactly as advertised! Beautiful view lots of space, super secure and lovely furniture. The pool is enormous and beach sand and water spectacular! The birds-eye view and sounds of the surf made our vacation better than our honeymoon!
Very clean and modern condo. Minda and her team took care all of our needs. When we had a few minor service issues, they were addressed very quickly. We took a snorkel tour , but pretty lame. The boats are not super modern or clean. But the beach massages and wave runners were awesome. I will for sure recommend 100% and love to return to this condo. I may even buy one at PV!

Este es un magnifico condominio situado en una zona privilegiada, lo digo porque tengo la fortuna de ir a Vallarta desde hace mas de cincuenta años y había estado en condominios y departamentos desde Playas Gemelas hasta en la zona de La Marina, pero el tuyo es el que mas me ha gustado. Te felicito por tu buen gusto y espero en otra ocasión poder ser nuevamente tu huésped. Esta opinión la comparten mi esposa, mis hermanos y cuñados que nos pasamos unos días muy contentos.
This is a magnificent condominium located in a privileged area, I say because I have the fortune to go to Vallarta for more than fifty years and had been in condominiums and apartments from Twin Cities to the area of La Marina, but yours is the what I liked the most I congratulate you on your good taste and hope on another occasion to be your guest again. This opinion is shared by my wife, my brothers and sisters-in-law who spent a few very happy days.

Luxurious is an Understatement
My wife and 2 kids had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Minda's condo. It was outfitted with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. A quick trip to Walmart for groceries had us stocked for convenient and easy mornings and days spent by the magnificent pool. The luxuriousness of Minda's condo was only matched by the beautiful lobby and the largest pool in Puerto Vallarta, where we spent a good amount of time. I was only half surprised to learn that they had top quality massage services on the premises, and very inexpensive to boot.
Being centrally located and right next to the brand new, high end La Isla outdoor shopping center and theaters and the adjacent restaurant row was a pleasant surprise. All in all, we had a wonderful stay in Puerto Vallarta, in large part due to our great accommodations.
We highly recommend it and hope to be back again soon!

Could not have imagined a better stay!
I could not have had a better stay than in Minda's condo. We are 5 girls in our early 30s that had a blast in Puerto Vallarta largely due to Minda's amazing property.
From the second we arrived to our departure it was smooth sailing! The condo itself is grown and sexy. The decor was beautiful, the space was large and the view was breathtaking! Most important the AC was strong in all the rooms and every inch of the condo was clean!
The condo property was well located and had fabulous amenities such as a huge pool, and private beach access! The guys that ran the show were helpful! We purchased a 5 gallon container of water for a few bucks! They directed us to restaurants and cabs several times a day!
Do not hesitate! Book Minda's property soon!

We stayed at Minda Smith's convo in tower 2 for the second time! We love it! The Smith condo is very spacious, pristine, comfortable and elegant. The Penninsula staff was friendly and helpful. The pools and beach were amazing! A quick taxi to the Malecon hot spots and restaurants were easy to obtain. Beautiful place~

One of the nicest places we have stayed.
This was our 2nd stay in this wonderful condominium. Actually one month is hardly enough to appreciate what that lively city can offer to their visitors. Minda's condominium is impeccably decorated and well equipped to afford a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking especially around sunset time. Watching the cruise ships, the pirate ship and many private yachts makes it very hard to leave the balcony. Yes I would definitely recommend it to all our friends.

The apartment was wonderful: spacious, beautifully decorated, wonderful balconies with fabulous views and heavenly cross breezes.
The owner left many extremely helpful recommendations for activities, restaurants, shopping, etc.
There was so much to do: We could relax in the pool or on the beach (only steps away) We had a wonderful time strolling the Malacon. We visited the charming zoo, beautiful botanic garden. We took a fabulous house tour. We ate so well in beautiful restaurants and had a great time shopping in town.
At all times we felt safe. We took cabs (always readily available and inexpensive) everywhere; The drivers were courteous and we even hired one to take us around for a day. He was terrific. (We know Minda has included his name and number in the information packet for future renters. Our only problem, we did not want to leave.

Omg! From the moment we stepped into the lobby we knew we made the right choice! Actually, we knew it when we met the owner when making arrangements. I think it's double great that the Friends we went with are owners and as it turns out, very good friends with Property manager in Mexico! What a small world! By the way, Lily ( the property manager) met us like we were family! My wife and I felt that we are guests at a close family member's home... and are enjoyed every second! Our son was so happy and so glad that we brought him to this paradise with his best friend being in the building right next door! I see how others love it here so much and it's only been 24 hours since our plane landed! We had a blast at Soriano's ( the grocery store) and I awoke to the most wonderful loving breakfast by my wife, after she returned from her run! It's easily a home away from home and we have Minda,the owner to thank! Minda, thank you so much for making our vacation so special! This condo surpassed our expectations in every way! Beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Very spacious and well decorated. Fully stocked with clean towels and everything you would need in the kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. The staff at the Pininsula condos were friendly and very helpful. The pool was the biggest we've ever seen and immediately in front of the beach! We highly recommend this condo to anyone who wishes to enjoy the best Puerto Vallarta...

This condo was the best that we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully decorated and had all of the conveniences of home. It was immaculately cleaned, and had incredible views. It is located very close to shopping, dolphin adventure, marina, and grocery store. The pools were cleaned daily, and the beach was raked of any debris that the tide brought in each morning. The staff was very friendly, and always ready to give us information or call us a cab. For a nominal fee, the condo manager picked us up from the airport, did all of the shopping, and had everything waiting for our arrival. My only regret was that we could not stay longer. We will definitely be coming back and staying in this lovely condo.

"This vacation was perfect, starting from this fantastic property located in PV very close to the activities we wanted to enjoy 24hr. Security, 360ft. Pool to swim at, beach front one day we saw dolphins swimming right in front of the place it has a gym, and very spacious, great kitchen and just steps away from the condo is plaza península there are some restaurants that are a must. I Will rent this place again for sure the sunsets are jaw droping !
