The stay was wonderful, And the staff really helpful and sweet.

The apartment was clean, had a lot of equipment like air conditioning, small fridge, hairdryer, etc. and the personnel was very kind and friendly.

The location is ok, near to the market but overall there is not much to do in ouarzazate at least from my point of view.

The staff at the reception were nice and helpful. The room was spacious and had many amenities, such as bootled water, a fridge and even tea. The bathroom was quite large and clean. The breakfast was also very good. The location was central, next to the main Ouarzazate road. There was also free parking for our rental in front of the hotel. Overall a great place to stay in Ouarzazate.

No negative points in our case.

The image used is the brochure is very beautiful. It is the best feature of the hotel. I had an excellent meal in the restaurant.

The pool was murky. The image is misleading as the rest of the hotel was inferior. The decor was uninspiring and ordinary.

It was cold in the room and the climate is not coping!

The hotel was located right in the center close to everything. the staff was friendly and helpfull. the desert was good as well. the rooms themselves were ok, nice beds and plenty of room.

the rooms were a bit dated and the rugs etc were old and lived. the bathroom itself was a bit dirty and dated.

We got a nice and spacious room.

The breakfast wasn't really bad but worse than many others we had in Marocco and the staff didn't show too much motivation.

Stuff was very lovely, bed - comfortable.

Photos don't reflect reality - hotel is dirty, cold, AC doesn't work properly, room smells of cigarettes. Awfull experience.

Good location, hot water which is not very obvious in Morocco. Basically good stay.

The service was okish, seems a bit offented, so the reception was weird.

adorable little boutique riad with some recent renovations. While still firmer than I prefer, it did have the most comfortable mattress I have slept on so far in Morocco.

There is a sewage smell from the bathroom. It is ok if you close the door, but makes using it unpleasant. The windows do nothing to keep out the street noise or the 6:30am call to prayer.
