The pool

The staff în a really bad mod, dirty towells Windows, sheets.

Our room was quite spacious with AC and small fridge, kettle and had a balcony with a view to the another hotel an it's pool. You can get hair dryer at the reception and iron with an ironing plate in the corridor. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has pool and a restaurant. Two buildings of it. The price was good.

This hotel is quite far from main Flower street, and old Neseber as well and situated near bussy street. There is about 10-15 min. walking to the beach. You can get breakfast for extra pay (10 levas per person) but we did not like it. Also we had noisy neighbours.

Everything was cool 👌, there is a cafe right under the hotel. The pool is big 💙. Staff was friendly. Thank you 😊

I had a comfortable stay. Good location close to the beach and in walking distance from the bus station and Nesebar. Friendly staff. It was clean. Spacious balcony. Lots of mosquito nets, which I liked most.

Small bathroom, which was completely flooded after having a shower.

Good location, near the better beaches in Burgas. Next to the main road, restaurants and small shops/cafes/bakeries are nearby. Some of the toilet paper, or ironing facilities are available to everyone in the corridors.

I'm surprised by all the good reviews. Rude and entitled staff. I had the displeasure of dealing with only two during my stay, and they were not interested in working. Playing on their phone, being rude. When I reported, that WiFi was not working, they laughed at me, and said it's normal that it's not working, it's not working in the reception either, and there is nothing they can do about it. When asked about the kettle that was supposed to be in my room (as per the Booking.com listing), they said it was impossible it was listed and told me I need to give them proof. I've managed to get the listing despite no WiFi, and at least they acknowledged the mistake on their part and gave us one. Same with restaurant staff - being rude. I don't want to go into more details about staff, it's not worth it. Besides that - no Wifi, room dirty, I asked for a room with privacy (it was a stop-over for our honeymoon) - we're given a room overlooking another apartment building located around 10 meters next to it. The swimming pool is always crowded - it looks good in the pictures, but in the reality, it's a soup.
