Perfect place to stay ! Very beautiful house with an awesome taste.

Owner is a really nice guy, location just above the hustle and bustle. Quirky rustic hotel.

As with a lot of older properties in italy, sound can travel a little so you may here a bit of noise from next door, shouldn't disused you though.

it was very cold in the room

The drive to the hotel was already a wonderful experience. The roads are narrow and curvy but your efforts are rewarded with the beautiful views. The hotel itself is absolutely charming and quaint. The rooms are simple but comfortable. Very colorful and you just feel right at home as if you were visiting your aunt in Italy. A wonderful sweet smell of orange croissants greeted us as we came down from our room for breakfast. We were waited on at our table for breakfast and were brought a delicious meal. The dining area is very nicely decorated and because of the large windows lets in a lot of light inside. The gate to the parking area is narrow but we fit through and we found a parking spot.

good quiet location, parking on site and nice stuff. Nice bakery and restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean and maintained during our stay.

The bed in the room was not very comfortable..

every thing was ok but: We arrived on the motorbike late at the hotel due to a storm and we where very hungry. But for the owner it was not possible to give us a tiny thing to eat. Some bread and ham would be enough. Drinks was no problem. We had to go to town to find some food. the the breakfast was not ok. you had to chose the right time to have you're breakfast because when it was crowdy you had to wait a long time. Secondly there was nothing warm unless you pay an additional 4€ for 2 eggs. from te beginning you get the absolute minimum so you also had to ask several times for extra bread or koffie or ham/cheese/salami.

It was clean and spacious.

The city tax( 2 euro pp) was charged on top on the cost. Else where it is included in the booking.com price. So that was a bit odd.

Good silent place in the Come region

i was never on the hill of the Como lake. This is a different world. It's worthwhile and extremely quiet. Be cautious on the read; the streets are narrow and they drive very hard

at the breakfast, ham and cheese are cheap and poor quality. A shame in this country

Very charming hotel with great views! The staff were lovely and service was excellent. Its not a very touristy hotel and more like a countryside B&B. Would recommend.

In the morning it can be quite loud with the sounds of trucks & cars passing by, but it's not the hotel's fault. If you're looking to visit Como or other bigger towns such as Bellagio or Varenna, would recommend getting a car as the hotel is quite far and up on the hills.

Hey the breakfast was good! The hotel had clean rooms and daily cleaning service. Perfect quiet location to tuck away and still enjoy all the surrounding activities a short drive away!

All went smoothly

The two connecting rooms were nice and big for a family of four. The location is nice and parking is easy. The rooms were clean.

The breakfast was somewhat basic. There was some noise from people working in the morning.
